Overall is good.

房間與圖片嚴重誤差，一點也沒有性價比，房間特別小！提前退房，也不退款！就很無語

車庫改造的，還可以； 洗澡水有硫磺味，介意勿擾； 無人服務，對得起這個價格，總體來講還可以，值得入住，房價便宜。

無拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏，包含洗髮水、洗衣液、沐浴露等 退房操作極為方便，將鑰匙留在門上的鎖內即可，不需要知會任何人 工作人員非24小時值班，也不一定在賓館內，有需要可以通過電話聯繫；每天當地時間下午3點左右會到房內清理衞生 地理位置非常遍歷，去市中心不超過5分鐘步行，附近有紀念品店、日用商店、飯店等

A convenient place to stay and less expensive than hotels, but taping individual notes to the front door with your name and the number of your room and indicating that the key is in the door is a security risk and a privacy invasion. I’d hoped this was something temporary, like the manager was ill, perhaps, but I see from past reviews that this is not the case. It’s inexplicable in a place as highly rated as this. I wouldn’t recommend it, unfortunately.

We loved this guesthouse! Friendly and super clean inn. The apartment was perfect for 4 of us with an efficiency kitchen and kitchen table. We walked to all the great spots in town. It is in a pretty residential neighborhood by the river and was fairly easy to park on the street. Highly recommend.

Very Central location and walkable to downtown Reykjavik. We left our rental car across from the apartment(free parking along the road) and had a wonderful cool day exploring the nearby attractions on foot from the Einar Jónsson art museum to Hallgrímskirkja Church, onto the Sun Voyager, the Harpa and loop back. We had the apartment on the ground floor in the corner which was a little small for 4 but comfortable and warm. 2 spacious bedrooms and a good size bathroom but tiny dining/kitchen. Well equipped and responsive owner who provided assistance on the phone in English. Very well maintained place and even has a bath tub which was good to soak our tired body after 2-weeks exploring Iceland's Ring Road. Recommend this place to anyone who is interested to find a good place to stay in Reykjavik. Thank you.

I booked this guesthouse for 5 days for my stay in Iceland. The day after I paid the whole amount within booking unfortunately I had a bad and serious family problem which did not allow me to travel there anymore. I explained everything to them by email, kindly asking if it was possible to save a bit of money or to pay just 2 nights for example instead of 5. They did not give a **** and took all my 500€! As written on the title, SHAMEFUL

Our three day stay at Guesthouse Galtafell was very good! Great location in the city; we could explore for half a day, go back to our room to relax, and then explore further. Clean, good beds, large room with kitchenette & sitting area in a convenient, quiet location.
