I went into my room, to find someone else lying in the bed naked, apparently I had been double booked and my card still normally worked to get in to this other persons room. Absurd stuff. They moved me to their sister hotel, which was further and really affected our plans. The hotel breakfast was horrible, and pretty much all the items were gone if you dident go early enough. Our room was full of dust, untidy and in general just very glum. We were promised a half of the price refund, which I was chasing for 6 months before giving up. Their manager Jokull Thomason has been constantly lying on the phone, saying he's working on it, without really progressing the issue at all. Jokull Thomason never, not even once, said that the refund would not be coming, instead he kept on promising and apologising. Bizarre behaviour, please save your money and yourself from headaches and go somewhere else.
