Pefkos View Suites & Maisonette

We stayed in a sea view apartment and it had everything we needed for a weeks stay. A lovely view over Pefkos from the balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. We had breakfast everyday down by thr pool which was always really fresh and Popi couldn't do enough for us. The pool area was clean and quiet and we never had problems getting sunbeds at anytime of the day. The location is great, just a 5 min walk down the hill into Pefkos and if you don't want to walk back up the hill, there's a taxi rank at the bottom who will nip you back up for a few €. We had a fantastic stay.

Great hosts we had a superior room with sea view & a cabana by the pool Room was a touch basic needed a head board for comfort pillows not to our taste but that's a personal choice bed was comfy though , cleaned every day ,breakfast plentiful and good choice ,pool area clean and plenty beds we did notice the pool was a bit dirty in the corners needed a good clean, down the hill is a fantastic bakery and lots of restaurants all serving traditional Greek food we loved pefkos and the hotel was good but the hill gets a bit much if you have been to the beach ⛱️

This was my first visit to Pefkos (loved it) and my first trip abroad as a solo traveller. Pefkos View apartments are set up a short but steep hill, but I did not find this a problem. The location meant the apartments were nice and quiet at night, and had fantastic views of the coastline, and resort. From the start of my holiday I was very well looked after by Poppi, who alongside her husband, were the owners of Pefkos View. I had a really nice room, overlooking a well proportioned and pretty pool area. Poppi and her team were always friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were always spotlessly clean, but you do have to pay extra for aircon, which I believe is the norm for many of the apartments in Rhodes anyway these days. The pool area was usually fairly quiet, and I never had any issues getting a sun bed. People generally did not reserve their beds with towels, which was a refreshing change! You feel very safe in the resort, even as a solo travellor. It is popular with solo travellers, families and couples, and has a wide selection of good restaurants and bars. It is worth trying Artemis, The Greek Story and George's Family Restaurant for excellent food. Poppi also did some delicious home cooked evening meals if you don't want to venture out. If you want to travel solo in Rhodes I think Pefkos is one of the nicest and safest places you can visit. I would definitely consider returning to Pefkos View Suites and Maisonette in the future. I met some great people whilst there (Sue &Sean, Carol and Liam & Dave the dad) and thoroughly enjoyed my holiday!

We stayed in a lovely room with a pool and sea view. The room was very basic but clean. There were two fights of stairs and the apartments are at the top of the hill, so not great for those less mobile. The host was extremely friendly but it did come across a little insincere, after a few incidents of over charging. Upon arriving I asked about the aircon to which I was told it was €100 to rent for the week! I thought this was rather overpriced. We also purchased ice creams which were €6 each, over the road at the bakery the same ice cream was €2.80. I felt like the prices were made up on the spot. The inflatables were already used and resold, we saw staff take our left over lilo and re-inflate to sell again, very disappointing.

We just got back from a weeks holiday at this wonderful place. The views are breathtaking but also the rooms are lovely & clean, food great specially anything poppi the owner has homemade. But Poppi herself is such a kind caring & attentive lady who can not do enough to make you feel welcomed & that your holiday is the very best experience. The pool is clean & well kept & a wonderful dip after you climb the hill to the hotel on foot, which could be difficult for some as it's fairly steep but I can not stress to you the worth for the view if you are willing to push yourself slightly like we were to gain the beautiful view above Pefkos. Smaller hotel than we experienced before but much more of a family vibe & a closer more personal experience eg a home from home atmosphere which we loved. Anything you need Poppi herself will go above & beyond to cater to your individual needs to best of her abilities. The local shop has plenty of choice & a cake bakery with the most amazing cakes to feast on of all types you can think of. For those who struggle to walk, there is a taxi rank at bottom of hill who nip you up the hill for an agreed amount of few Euros (always agree price before hand with taxi guys) We loved this little slice of heaven & will most definitely be returning soon.

What can I say we have been coming to Pefkos for 11 years have tried various places to stay not one of them come up to the standard you get here hence our 23rd time staying in Pefkos view Poppy is the nicest person you can meet can’t do enough for you to make your stay the best holiday all the staff are the same so friendly the rooms are fantastic spotless the pool is great plenty of Sunbed’s the views are to die for from the rooms also the food that serve to you is amazing lovely English breakfast and poppys greek specials are all home made and tasty you must try here you will definitely not be disappointed and are sure to return as we have Excellent value
