Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza

空港からのバスが発着する中心地のバス停から徒歩7～８分の位置に在り。便利で綺麗なホテルでした。コスパ最高です。***・ロードスへも徒歩３分です。

總體來説還是很不錯，所以續訂了幾天。衞生做的仔細。玻璃門窗隔音很好。稍微有點裝修氣味。前台服務態度友善，幫助電召出租車

Stayed here as part of a walking group. Hotel is in a good location. Our room had everything we needed, including a balcony. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Had buffet dinner twice and there was a good choice. No complaints at all. Special mention of woman in bar who mixes a great G and T!

We stayed in another hotel nearby and when exploring the neighbourhood saw BestWesten advertising Lunch and Dinner Buffets. The restaurant area is very attractive, modern, clean, spacious. The buffet offers an enormous variety of dishes, attractively presented, very tasty. Service is friendly, fast and efficient. And the price for Dinner Buffet of EUR 22 per person excluding drinks is very acceptable.

Don't bother tried to fob us off with a box room with no window when we clearly paid for a balcony room, tui rep got us moved in the end, did it to another couple we arrived with aswell. Last day late flights wouldn't allow us to have the final meal we paid for , €6 for a bottle of kopperberg, so buy from shop. Breakfast ok, dinner rubbish. Good location.

If I could give 0 I would! Went on holiday for a week worst holiday I have ever been on and it was all down to the hotel stay! First of all I had requested 2 rooms next to each other which didn’t happen. I was then greeted by a massive cockroach to which the hotel said it happens and said speak to TUI who we had booked it through! How the cleanliness has anything to do with TUI I don’t know! We then had to complain about one of the kitchen staff as he was sneezing without covering his nose and then dropped a load of cups on the floor and picked them back up and put on the side for the guests to use in the morning! Also squashed another cockroach we spotted in the kitchen area! Disgusting! Not only that but 2nd night our party of 4 all got sick from the food most recovered quickly after not eating anymore at the hotel which incurred extra costs! But I had to go to a pharmacy to get prescription medication for my sister who was that ill! I kept speaking to different staff and all said the same we all eat here and speak to a manager! However no one actually admitted to being a manager when wanting to speak! No one took liability it’s an absolute disgrace

Our stay at the Best Western Plaza in Rhodes was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff accused my family of making an incorrect booking, despite us providing proof of the reservation. Unfortunately, no apology or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, offering convenient access to local attractions. However, the lack of proper customer service overshadowed the benefits of the prime location.

We only stayed here for one night on 5th January 2016.Right from arrival @ Receiption we knew our stay would be amazing. Our room 402 was spaceous with an very large double bed, & a nice view towards Mandraki church & harbour.All the staff were so friendly & delightful.When the bar staff & restaurant waiter knew it was my wifes 70th birthday they brought us cakes.At only € 6 how could I not use the sauna.Our evening meal was good. However I would liked to have seen more Greek food on the menue.The buffet breakfast had a large selection of hot & cold food. Plus fruits,yougurt. biscuits & cakes.Off course tea, coffee & juices with toast & jams.

We love all the staff, George on reception, Anestis at the bar, Kostas at the pool bar, & Irene & Arapitos, we come back every year because of the lovely staff, we have been coming for over 16 years, the bathrooms are lovely now xxx we are bringing our daughter & grandchidren in July xx
