All Senses Ocean Blue Sea Side Resort

The weather got bad but the place kept us positive. The food is very typical for all inclusive ofc but it is tasty. Animators are very cute. I have to admit that the stuff is rlly friendly. Especially the bartenders, Jordan and Daniel.. great guys. They made us feel very welcomed. Also Mr Giannis, very nice guy.. great colognes :) ＜3. Soo, summing up, its a good place, the staff makes it run.

Awful hotel that has a lot of wear and tear. Health and safety issues around the pool. Food left around pool, and pool only cleaned once a week. Steps to slides are not fixed and move. Shower at pool filthy black, even after highlighting to staff. Rooms not cleaned properly, on arrival peoples clothes still in wardrobe. Spa disgusting. Broken furniture left out for use. EasyJet pictures and description show facilities no longer present. Bird poo on paths that were not cleaned during entire weeks stay.

We LOVED this hotel, yes it’s a teeny little shabby - they could do with some sprucing up, HOWEVER it’s clean, and the staff all work SO hard, everyone we spoke to from reception, to the cleaning staff to the spa, they are all so friendly, the food was really good. We had a massage at the spa which was absolutely fantastic. Everything about this holiday was brilliant. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the pool is a great size, the complex is small enough that you can walk everywhere with no trouble. The pool bar had constant snacks of sandwiches, cake, biscuits fruit and ice cream. We can’t leave a review without mentioning Ian from the entertainment team. He is such an asset to have, I have never in my life seen a person work harder, he is there 6 days a week, all day long. Working long hours and ALWAYS with a smile on his face, remembering people names and facts they have told him, he went out of his way to make sure my mum (in her 70’s) was comfortable as she has a bad foot (injured before the holiday), and talking with my very shy 10yr son, my son had the confidence to join in water polo on the last day and that was 100% down to the fact that Ian was the person leading it.

Where do i start? Absolutely terrible hotel. If you haven't booked yet my advice is please don't. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star. Hotel is dangerous, with exposed swimming pool light just lying by the side of the pool. Just waiting on someone touching it and getting electrocuted. Hotel was notified. Bridge over the swimming pool completely rotting away. Waiting on a really bad accident. Green scum around the whole pool and baby pool. So dangerous for people's health. My partner went up and got himself a beer and went to drink it and had lipstick on it. It hadn't been clean!!! Absolutely vile. No one was collecting glasses and cleaning the place. The public toilet was disgusting with faceus all over the seat. Vile. The food very repetitive and really only catered for the Europeans. Beds were not changed in room we had glasses in our room from the first day to 10th day. While we were sitting on the balcony one night we noticed someone's balcony broke off. They were on the third floor. So so dangerous if a child had walked out. The hotel didn't seem to care about the health and safety of its guests. It's sad because the hotel has so much potential to be a great 5 star hotel if money and care was put into it. We will certainly never ever come back to this hotel.

I only had an overnight here as I thought why not an overnight in an all-inclusive instead of an overnight in a city hotel. But it really is budget. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are beautiful but the rooms are tired and they are lacking in maintenance staff. We had the swim up pool rooms by the main pool. The swim up pools were like a narrow moat about 1m wide and 1m deep say. Not to be confused with the nicer looking rooms by reception that have about a 2.5 by 2.5m swim up pools. Our channel pools had leaves and cigarette butts floating in them and I don't think they clean the decking that belongs to your room because there was rubbish on the ground. And the bathrooms needed a good scrub and the shower curtain needed binning. Directly in front of our room was also the main pool which had all the sunbeds around. But three sunbeds were absolutely covered in bird poo which really turned me off, that for the entirety of our stay was just left there instead of being removed by staff. The floors of the spa building needed a detailed clean and the windows of the spa building looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. In the restaurant they didn't clean the tables. The waitstaff removed the plates of the previous guests, gave a flick round of the placemats and then re-set. There was tomato sauce on one of the mats. Now if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful girls/lads holiday then great, but if you've saved up and are looking to pay thousands for a decent family or couples holiday, look elsewhere.

Hotel is located in a great area, 10 mins from airport and approximately 25 mins from Rhodes city centre. Hotel staff is very friendly, especially thanks to bartenders Daniel and Antonis. Daniel is a great hardworking guy and does his job professionally. Antonis, older gentleman who is always positive and hard working. Also, Maria which manages meals and staff. I had a great experience at being there for 10 days, beach next to hotel is not so wide but also not so crowded. Close to hotel is a great shop called “Anastasia” which is located to cat’s shelter. Fare prices and variety of goods. Being honest, I cannot complain the experience I got, but some minor improvements could be made: 1. Hotels area could be more fixed (some broken lights and staff in area) hotel needs some renovation. 2.Evening shows which are managed by French girl Luna and guy from Croatia. Programme could be more entertaining for guests, more programmes like geek night show, also Sunday evening programme which was missing. Baby disco was great, kids were happy. 3. Towel for swimming pool. Overall, I do recommend this place and friendly personal.
