Palm Bay Hotel

We stayed in a studio 2 friends. We had a studio each next door to each other which was abit of a headache for management but they were able to sort it out. They were basic accommodation cleaned everyday by very curtious and well mannered staff. The views from the pool which was across the road from the hotel were amazing. Pool area lovely but I believe a face lift was happening shortly after the season finished. Food was grand and service was excellent . Staff on reception extremely helpful with information on places to go sight seeing. I would most definitely return in the very near future. Thankyou all for a wonderful holiday.

I’ve just spent a week at The Palm Bay in Pefkos, a wonderfully warm welcome from Donna awaited me on arrival and I was so very happy with my side sea view room which was so close to the beach and a beautiful sunset spot. The sea is so clean and inviting. A very special mention to Renee and Joyce who are an absolute credit to The Palm Bay, two lovely ladies who were genuine and offered real warmth and hospitality throughout my holiday. It was a pleasure engaging in daily conversation with them as a solo traveller, their love for Rhodes really shines through. Loved the icy cold glasses for my Mythos, delicious with a Palm Bay Greek salad. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay.

Me and my girlfriend have just arrived home from a week in Rhodes staying here. This was our first holiday together just the two of us (as we’re both 18) and immediately upon arrival we where put at ease and made to feel extremely welcome. The room its self was far nicer than we had expected, very clean, very modern. A/C does come at an additional cost which whilst being slightly annoying, it’s definitely a fair price if u rely on it as much as I do lol. The Restaurant was good also, pretty decent food but Fast service and very nice cocktails. The on-site shop also has everything you could need during your stay. All that is great and all but the thing that really makes Palm Bay is the staff. The customer service was right up there with some of the best I’ve experienced, super friendly, super helpful, right through from the team on reception to the bar staff right through to the cleaning team. Not a bad word to say about any of them. Ps. My girlfriend is adamant I mention to pls feed the cats especially the white and ginger cat with spots on his back, who’s name is now apparently Kasper. ‍♂️

This is our 3 time returning to Palm Bay Hotel. It’s our happy place and this time made even better with the room we were giving under the pool with a Sea view with the best view to wake up to! Perfection in room location. We can’t thank you enough (Donma & Rennè) for making my wishes come true. We spent 2 weeks of rest, relaxing and making memories at this fabulous family run hotel. I didn’t want to leave. All of the staff from a warm welcome when arriving early hours from George, Donma & Maria. Keeping the shop open to get Water etc. The bar & restaurant staff Joyce, Alex,Julie, Tolly, George, Marina to name a few you are all so attentive at your jobs even when busy you make the effort with all the guests nothing is to much trouble. Thank You for making my birthday extra special. Rennè, thank you for all help with booking restaurant, taxis and even advice when my daughter needed some medicine from the pharmacy. Tombo our room attendant you are the best! Clean room every other day but a refresh every day. (Bins etc) Even making sure we had towels on our last day for late check out. Thank you. The food breakfast = delicious! Lunch and dinner was spot on! The beach bar (happy hour 4pm-6pm) did the best cocktails.. Pina Colada and Coconut Daiquiri being my favourite again with the best view. The pool was busy (being August) towels were put out early for preferred spots around the pool. If no beds were available you were offered a bed and parasol at the beach bar (just ask at reception). The beach (wow) the sea on your doorstep is just amazing. The walk into Pefkos and takes about 7 mins. It’s quite sandy in places but safe enough as long as you walk facing the oncoming traffic. Enjoy the rest of the season and I hope you all have a well deserved rest in the winter. We have booked already for next year as this hotel & location offers all that we need to have the best family holiday possible. The countdown is on! Thank you all. Zoe, John & Hattie.

Magnificent location. So relaxing! George and the girls met us on arrival at 2.30am, the only stop with the lights on, they kept the shop and restaurant open and took our luggage. The first impression lasted. Friendly staff, beautiful views, a nice pool, perfect beach and clear seas for snorkelling. The restaurant and beach bar are basic but tasty, you choose breakfast from the menu and it's all delicious and the entertainment was good. Book your air con, and late checkout on arrival then relax. Donna and Maria even had hugs and water bottles for us as we got on the return coach. Pefkos was a 10 minute walk, lined with restaurants, bars and pools, taxis and buses to Lindos and Lardos outside and reception can book and advise. Can't fault this place, the only flaw is the package holiday mentality of towels out at dawn, and that's not the hotels fault, (they will help you if you can't get a space by the pool or beach).

This hotel is amazing run by the most amazing friendly people we have ever met, from the minute you step off the coach to the minute you get on to go home. The reception staff, the housekeeping team, the restaurant/bar staff and the beach bar staff with a special mention to Andreaus & Mohammed, we truly had another lovely holiday at palm bay and cannot wait to return next year.
