What can I say!!! Wow what a holiday Rhodes gave us. The hotel is not 5* luxury but definitely a 4*. The grounds are kept well, pool is great, small hotel which we loved. Animation team: Evelina, Gustavo and Alex are awesome. They offer a great balance of activities to keep you busy but not over the top. They are super friendly and go out of their way to greet you. They encourage you to join in but no pressure is applied. They made the hotel!!! They work so hard. Food: it was good, its buffet style food and can get a bit crazy at dinner time. Breakfast there is something for everyone to eat, lunch we only did once as we enjoyed the gyros too much nice added extra for the hotel. Dinner there is so much choice, just remember is buffet style dining. Always fresh fish and meats cooked on evening, pancakes, waffles and eggs in the morning from the grill station. Fruit and salads are lush and so much choice. I like they provide Greek food along with other items. They follow a theme in the evening so always something different to try. Staff: every person we met was friendly and helpful. Kalimeria ‘good morning’ in Greek shows respect to the language and that you are trying to use what you can. Rooms: cleaned well and tidy, housekeeping is great if I’m honest, clean bedding and towels daily. Really sweet, my daughter brought a doll on holiday and everyday it was placed on the pillows with a blanket on her. Lovely touch which she loved. Sun bed: plenty, we arrived different times everyday and managed to get 3 together every time. If you want prime spot then you need to go down at breakfast to get it but there are beds all the time. Overall hotel is not huge but we loved it, we did a few excursions so wasn’t there all day everyday, great location to Kolympia main ***** and bus stop right outside hotel with good links to main areas. We also used Rhodes travel just outside the hotel to do a trip to old town and they were great and very good price. Loved Rhodes will be back, so much to experience and do.

One of the best Greek holidays and I’ve been to a few. Not for the food per se but the animation team was wonderful. Ava (who can be shy) opened up to Evelina straight away put our mind at rest for my mum and I to do spa days. Massage was so great I’m sure I was snoring on the table. All staff were friendly and animation team Evelina Alex and Gustavo were amazing entertainers. From darts to aqua gym to water football to bingo and karaoke. They are hard workers always high five Ava including other staff. Place is always cleaned daily. Some facilities need upgrading like the bathroom and AC and definitely the wifi which is quite bad at peak times. The food was mass produced for sure. Would have like more themed nights like Mexican and others but the tacos on Tuesdays were good. All they need is a brilliant chef and few upgrades here and there and this place would be a 4.5 stars plus. I say this because I’m a foodie of course but there have so many nice restaurants nearby like OKi and Limanaki I didn’t miss out on good food. Beach nearby was good. Tours were amazing . Royal sea lines Georgious was so kind to give us a lift back after a relaxing yatch cruise with great food drinks and a twist in entertainment I won’t spoil for you. All in all I will visit Rhodes again for sure

Stayed for a week, all inclusive. Very clean comfy rooms, amazing chef and great food every day. Wide selection of meals across main restaurant, grill bar and pizzeria. Very friendly and welcoming service. The cherry on the cake is pool bar with great barman’s and lovely drinks. Special kudos to Juliano, his strawberry shots are heavenly tasty ☀️☺️🍸🩵🩵🩵

We had an amazing holiday here, and would happily return. I have recently returned from an awesome holiday here with my 2 small children. From the very first moment we arrived the staff were fantastic. We arrived around midnight and the reception staff were really nice and friendly they even gave ice cream to my 2 children as they were both wide awake which was the best start of a really lovely 2 weeks. The food was great there was lots of choice. Everything was fresh and lots of desserts. The restaurant staff are so kind and lovely . My little boy tripped over at lunch and one of them picked him up ( maybe Fay?) That evening at dinner they came over to check his nose was ok. Our room was perfect, and always clean. I did have a problem with a drain which was fixed straight away. The hotel is very clean and tidy. All the staff were lovely, the man who drives the golf buggy taught my children some Greek and was always happy. The Pool was my daughters favourite place to be, it has different depths, there is also a shallow children’s pool which my son loved. Last but definitely not least is the entitlement team, Alex, Gustavo and Evelina . these guys are great full of energy and always happy. They knew our names and what my children liked. We enjoyed the kids club in the morning, doing water gym and joining in with the club dance, which we are still doing every day back home. In the evening my children loved the kids disco. the best hotel we could have booked, we are a family with 3 children and everything was more than just supper, the entertainers are top notch Alex, Gustavo, Evelina Auqua Gym children's care, everything was just right for us, we were there for 14 days, one purchase The road is less than 5 minutes away with everything you need all in all we'll be back :)

we stayed in this hotel just for one week, but that week was truly memorable. the food is good, nice pool with pool bar in the middle, looking beautiful. animation team are really amazing - with kids, and also forbadults. we dont have any kids, but we also enjoyed watching evning kids disco with a lot of fun for kids and smille. during the day you have pleanty choices of activities:darts,aguagym,Waterpolo,ping pong... perfect balance for this hotel. also the music quiz is pretty fun. and we enjoyed dancing on white party night. Evelina, Alex, and Gustavo are the true animators, and they always welcome you with them kindness and smile. They make our holidays perfect!

We have just spent a week here, the hotel is nice but it is not a 5 star hotel. Some aspects such as staff are worth a 4 star but it needs some money spending on it. When booking a 5 star I expect hot water in the shower and nice bedding. I've never seen bedding so bobbly. Positives - lovely clean pool - lots of flowers and it looks pretty - pizza and gyros are a nice touch - clean and tidy - staff friendly - animation team are great with the kids - food is ok - help yourself to drinks - nice looking bedrooms - my mums double room had a nice bathroom - pool bar - nice area - bus stop outside hotel, trip to Rhodes town was very accessible. Negatives - bedding is very old and worn - incredibly hard mattresses which made sleeping difficult - air con needs bringing up to modern time ( it leaks when off all over the electrics, reception just said it happens no sort of health and safety) we had to put towels under it to make it safe. - the shower in room 614 is dreadful it's often cold, it leaks all over the floor and toilet meaning we have had to use extra towels to mop it all up so we don't slip, The toilet is so low down it's very strange and in general the bathroom needs some serious work as it's what I would expect in a 2 star hotel. Not all bathrooms are as bad though as my mum was in a different block and hers was nice. Overall we had a lovely holiday and will return to Rhodes again. I just do not think it should be classed as a 5 star when it is not. I did Wonder if this is to get more tourist tax. Everyone we spoke to were disapointed that it wasn't actually 5 star quality.. The staff make this hotel better by being so kind and happy. The cleaner for our room (614) is so happy and lovely she does an amazing job in the heat with a smile on her face. Evalina was amazing with my autistic children. Particularly my son who eventually managed to come out of his shell and join in with her encouragement, she is a credit to the hotel. Gustavo and Alex are also great.

We went last month as three adults and a child. The hotel is advertised as a five star and I’ve stayed in many five star hotels and this is definitely not five. We each scored it a three and a half. Criticisms: - The beds are two singles pushed together which is fine but they are quite hard. - our air con in room 336 was broken. It made a really loud rattling noise like a part had come loose inside the unit. We complained about this several times and had several people look but it was never fixed nor offered a room swap. So the nights were rather noisy. - the over flow drain in the bathroom overflowed suds right onto the bathroom floor. Again complained as it’s dangerous with a small child but nothing done. - the sun loungers need updating - the drinks are okay, the syrup in the fizzy drinks is definitely the cheapest option as they tasted average but the beer/ wine was okay. - spirits tasted watered down. - whole hotel maybe needs a bit of an update and refurb. - the buffet can become animalistic at times as the area is only small. Pro - the hotel is nice an small. Good size and not too many guests. - the buffet food was actually delicious. Varied most nights and one of the best hotel buffets we have had. - there is a good amount of drink options - the gyros and pizza are amazing. Made fresh in front of you. - the hotel location is superb. Right near the ***** of shops and supermarkets and a ten minute walk to sandy cove beach which is a highly recommended place. - the animation team are fab. My little girl loved Evelina. Overall this is a lovely hotel, which if some improvements and re furbs were done would definitely live up to its five star.
