很一般，住的二樓什麼都看不到，有問前台可不可以換到高的樓層，她們就是敷衍了事，然後真實的房間和他的圖片不一樣！ 房間太垃圾了都忘記照相了

Our 5-day stay at this hotel was the epitome of peace and tranquility. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. Its location is conveniently close to both Rhodes Town and the Old Town, with only a short 10-15 minute bus ride needed to reach either destination. We found the bus service to be very efficient and easy to use, which made exploring the area a breeze. The highlights of our stay included the spacious facilities, the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the island and sunset, and the incredibly relaxing spa. The rooftop bar quickly became our favorite spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking, and the sunsets were unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, with its perfectly comfortable temperature, and the saunas, which were pleasantly uncrowded during our April visit. It was the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel's beachfront offered a wonderful space to soak up the sun or simply enjoy the breathtaking views, especially in the evening. We spent many evenings strolling along the beach and taking in the beautiful scenery. A special mention must go to the Brazilian receptionist with the red hair (whose name I unfortunately forget!), who truly made our trip exceptional. Her 10/10 service and helpful information on local attractions and travel made our stay so much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were spot on. The only downside was upon arrival at the hotel we were not able to get into our room till almost 4/4.30pm. This is quite annoying as we arrived at 1pm and was told check in is 3pm. Yet we had to wait over an hour extra with no compensation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway with easy access to Rhodes Town and Old Town. The combination of the hotel's serene atmosphere, convenient location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

Lovely time. Great weather. Hotel is immaculate and stylish. Pool area is lovely with activities going on if you want them. Food was amazing throughout the week. Themed nights were great too. Staff were all great apart from reception…. They were not very welcoming. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh bottled water every day. Will be back very soon.

My husband and I visited this hotel for a week at the beginning of May. I would like to start off by saying the photos that are advertised when booking are not always the room you will get apparently. We booked a sea view room going by the photos which looked very modern and updated, when we arrived and was shown to our room, this wasn’t the case. The room looked completely different and not as modern as the photos. When we highlighted this to reception, we were told that the room in the photo they have one per floor so it’s luck of the draw. They did however offer us an upgrade… for €60 extra a night (€420 extra for the week) No chance! Food variety was good, but didn’t really rate the quality. We swapped our half board dinner to lunch which they let you do which was far better. This hotel also states it has an indoor pool which we found out that you have to pay €20 a day to use as it’s part of their spa. Overall this hotel was lovely and we did enjoy ourselves but I wouldn’t say it’s a 5*.

We had booked a day at the spa in April, using the facilities and some extra treatments. The Spa ladies were amazing and helpful at all times. They guided us through the facilities and made sure that we used everything in the most relaxing way. Special thanks to Savina who helped the bride to organize the day. The facilities were beautiful, spacious , clean and fully operational. We will definitely go again.

Lovely stay and had no problems at all, apart from the fact we arrived late evening on half board. We were very hungry when we arrived and expected at least something saved for us as we had paid for it. There was some food availiable on the 8th floor but would cost us extra and the choice was quite small. These little things that should have been sorted out earlier give a poor first impression.
