The hotel was right in the centre of Rhodes old town. It was a very pretty building.
Our room was quite small and an inside room so no natural light.
We didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned every day but every other day. So using the same towels on very hot days was a bit grubby.
Breakfast was enough nothing fancy.

올드타운 안에 있는 부띠크 호텔이라 흥미로운 위치를 가졌다. 입구에서 카트를 타고 들어왔는데 나갈때에는 바로 출구까지 데려다주지는 않았다 . 바로 옆에 유명한 레스토랑 바가 있어서 좋았다.
아침식사는 보통이다 .
친절하다 . 다만 침대에서 아주 작은 붉은 벌레를 보아서 청결도에서 점수를 뺐다 .

Never come here. Avoid this place. The owner has psichological defects. It is not a joke. I really wan to help others with my comment. Me and my grilfriend come here in August, we had some really bad experience here. They stole us money and something goes on

Amazing!!!! Sooo beautiful and tranquil! The people are so kind who served us! One of the best experience of our holiday in Rhodes. The worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life. Rude, aggressive and stupid stuff. Please, do not book this hotel, even if it is the last option on the island. Come next time, fine something appropriate. The owner is a rude woman that probably accepted a “business model” to throw away the guests who have already paid for the stay. You cannot explain otherwise all low rating comments and situations described.

Had a lovely meal with my girlfriend here. Stumbled across it in the day, but came back in the evening. Beautiful setting, quiet and charming in a courtyard. Welcoming and warm staff and good service. It is not too far from the main old town street.

Owner is rude, dishonest w/zero people/management skills. 1. Woman charged me city tax that was included - refused to accept paid receipt of Booking. 2. Paid €200/night for duplex suite-slept on the couch because the room was too hot and bed was cheap and comfortable. 3. She refused to give me an invoice until check out. 4. I wanted to leave the key in the door when I left to cool the room and she threatened to call the police 3. No towels 5. Cheap terrible bed 6. Breakfast lousy coffee and old stale bread, 7. When checking out she cheated the invoice and wrote tax for air conditioning instead of city tax 8. The following morning she told me to leave by 1030am 8. She was rude and the worst place ever I’ve stayed in my life 8. early morning sat in a chair in the courtyard and the owner told me to leave.

I prefer a warm reception and my coffee hot. Well this morning I got exactly the opposite! Charming gardens and thought this would be ideal for a morning coffee. The coffee arrived whilst I was making a call and soon afterwards It arrived. It was lukewarm at best. I complained but the owner did want to know. The old owner sent out her Rottweiler assistant to demand my €6 for coffee and water before I had finished the water. Another couple had drinks and also found the toilets out of order as well. I won’t be returning

We had lunch at the restaurant of April Luxury Suites. It has been a terrible experience because of the very poor quality and quantity of the food and most of all because the verbal aggression we suffered from the owner when we asked for a receipt of what paid. According to many other reviews they systematically do not issue receipt nor accept credit cards. When confronted, the owner started screaming and yelled at me to go away. According to other terrifying reviews we have been lucky, other people have been physically attacked by the same woman. No need to say that you should avoid this place at all costs.
