The hotel is absolutely beautiful, super clean and the staff are amazing. They cleaned non stop and I honestly do not have a bad word to say about the cleanliness! There was not a speck of dust anywhere! The breakfast was great and had something for everyone, it was always fresh and the staff at breakfast were so attentive. Any issues that we, and any other guests may have come across (the drinks machine not working etc), they rectified within a few moments. We ate in the restaurant one evening and due to a thunder storm it was understandably very busy, so service was slow. However, the food was lovely, and had we not had so many options for dinner, we would have returned. The rooms are well kept and very modern. For 2 people they are a very good size, however, for 3 people it was a slight squeeze, so I’d recommend 2 rooms for 3 adults (the single bed was placed under a hanging light so whoever was in that bed had the lampshade in their face and felt like the bed had been squeezed into any open space) The overall vibe is very ‘young’ and there are lots of couples and groups of girls so it’s one to be mindful of. The hotel offers a great shuttle bus service into Rhodes town which we used multiple times! It was around a 15 min drive into the town (30 mins with the shuttle stop offs) and would 100% recommend, however, the hotel staff are more than happy to phone for a taxi if the shuttle isn’t an option. The pool area has a lovely chilled vibe, however, be mindful that the music is quite loud from mid morning to early afternoon, so if this isn’t what you like, remember to take earphones! Overall, the hotel was excellent and I will be returning.

Has been amazing since we got here. We were welcomed by a very warm and friendly reception Klevis who put us at ease immediately. Had a lovely chat and told us all we needed to know without overwhelming us. Has been great in offering assistance with getting around. When we got confused where our room was and asked at the bar, the hotel manager followed us up to ensure we got to our room just fine. She is lovely too. Food has been phenomenal!!!! The wine and soufflé at Cantina and the boa buns and bbq burger at captain cook - SO GOOD! Staff at Captain cook very sweet and also at Cantina. Dionisis was very funny and friendly at Cantina and made us feel comfortable. Thank youu!

Back again, and honestly, it was just as brilliant as we remembered. Mikala on reception actually remembered us from last time, which was such a lovely touch. She's always there with a big smile and a cheerful “Galimera” every morning really sets the tone for the day. Big shout out to the housekeeping team as well the place was absolutely spotless the whole time we were there. Food was top notch again. We decided to head to our favourite beach bar from last year for the weekend as the pool tends to get quite busy, as lots of locals go there. All in all, another amazing stay ,massive thanks to everyone for making it so great!

My husband and I are just home after a really lovely few days away at Cooks Club Ialyssos. This hotel is absolutely immaculate, the staff can't do enough for you, they genuinely are the nicest, friendliest group of staff we've ever come across. The hotel is a little off the beaten track but were young , fit and healthy and with the help of Google maps we were able to navigate our own way to the beach and the local town, which was about a half an hour walk. However the hotel will order you a taxi no problem. We used the Prestige shuttle service found at reception to book a return transfer into Rhodes town, which I would definitely recommend, Rhodes town it's absolutely stunning, alot of walking involved so wear sensible shoes. We booked a bungalow room which was beautifully kept and very clean and spacious. The food and cocktails were delicious, plentiful and very good value for money. We will definitely be back, we have recommend it it to friends and family already.

Was really looking forward to stopping in this hotel but was really disappointed, food not the best nothing much on menu , couldn’t do any signature cocktails no ingredients what food they did was rubbish, only certain areas of pool got sun forever moving beds room was ok said was coffee machine in room wasn’t just a kettle and couple packets of coffee and milk which they never replaced, beer on tap was crap tasted watered down only had craft beers in bottles nothing round the hotel in middle of nowhere no bars or restaurants would not recommend could nt wait to come home
