Hotel Bohinj

Amazing hotel. Beautiful arhitecture, very cozy. Number 1 breakfast in the world for me till now. Wellness is very nice and I liked that there is maximum of 20 persons, so it's not crowded, bir you have to pre-book. We had dinner in the restaurant, food was delitious. Room was vwry spatious, giant bed. You gwt to take cute slippers at home. And you even have menu in your room to pick different pillow and matress

Beautiful hotel not far from well known Bled lake. The property has been kept very well and clean. Staff always there to support you and direct you. Floor to ceiling windows in the rooms offers am unbeatable view of the surroundings. Beautiful fire place between reception area and restaurant

Beautiful hotel very close to the lake. The incredibly vast breakfast spread was a highlight of the stay. There are nice areas to sit, including the lobby and the outdoor fire pit. We stayed in a comfort double, which was very spacious and included a sitting area and small workout area with equipment. The room also had a balcony, but the view was the parking lot and there was loud construction, so we didn't end up sitting out there. Speaking of the construction, there seems to be a new, related hotel going up directly next door. The spa was originally a draw for staying here, but we ended up not using it. We went down to relax in the whirlpool and found it surprisingly lukewarm. The staff said it is about 32 C and yes that temperature is on purpose and not a malfunction. The spa also has a sauna and steam room - which I am not a fan of, but if you are, then the spa should be just fine for you. In summary, the stay was overall positive and I would actually stay here again, but would inquire about construction first and would consider the spa irrelevant for my needs.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Hotel Bohinj in March. We were satisfied with everything. Fortunately, it was still snowing during our stay, which made our trip even more unforgettable. The breakfast was abundant and excellent, the room and the entire hotel were clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely return!

This beautiful hotel is perfectly positioned on the banks of lake bohinj. We visited after 4 days hiking and it was the pefect retreat. My daughter made the most of the abundant breakfast but felt left out of the spa experience, under 18s not being allowed in spa areas in Slovenia. Maybe they could open the pool only for youngsters in the mornings? The hotel takes eco very seriously in both design and operation. The free socks on departure were appreciated.

Very pleasant eco hotel with cool and spacious rooms ( with great Aircon -much needed given the warm weather). The rooms were new with good bathroom and shower. The staff at reception were super. Breakfast was very good. The reasons I am giving 4/5: the building work at the entrance and in front of the restaurant was unpleasant and the restaurant was too warm ( it might be due to a design issue as the Aircon inside couldn't work because the bar staff kept the doors open to serve people in the garden). This was the reason we didn't have dinner at the hotel,which was a pity. We booked direct months in advance and we're not made aware of the building works,while this is now mentioned on their website. A small improvement: add body lotion to the provided toiletries, mainly for people like us who travel light ( hand luggage).
