Comfortable detached house with garden and private parking

Single storey house of 70 square meters, therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a large sunny terrace, a garden as well as two parking spaces and a garage for storing bicycles, motorcycles, skis, stroller... Ideally located, this cottage is on the edge of the vineyards, quiet, while being only two minutes walk from downtown Ribeauvillé. It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open to the living room with fireplace and directly overlooking the terrace furnished with garden furniture. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an independent WC. In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 50 corresponding to the cleaning package "end of stay", payable upon arrival. A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival.
