The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel

Excellent property, Doting Staff and just oveayrall a great place to stay. Room is large and modern with good Air conditioning. Every single staff member I encountered was pleasant and eager to help. All dining experiences were amazing. Good wine selection through out the property. Spa staff was pleasant and treatments were very good. Drivers were so helpful and there were enough english speaking staff to meet our needs. ( riccione is not really. a place for Americans so having english speaking staff is both helpful and appreciated but not really expected) .

We stayed here 6 nights in this luxury hotel facing the beautiful beach of reccione, everyday we have a great weather. From the front desk upon check in everybody was friendly. We booked a suit room facing the beachfront.Uberall hotel amneties was perfect for me.On the roof top 7th floor were we always did our sunset drink we were always serve by friendly bar personal Lorenzo and Danilo from Naples. The service was always good we were always greeted by smiles and small talks. The Sushi which was done by Orges was fantastic. I will be back here again in this beautiful and relaxing hotel . First of all, to everyone who‘s reading this rating, I want to break down the most important things of our stay here at „The Promenade Luxury & SPA“ : Reception: A very kind staff at the front desk, always welcoming the guests with a smile! Whoever is passing by the reception, the staff is standing up as a respectful gesture! Helpful and just great! Restaurant & Breakfast: Well, our Family couldn‘t describe this in words. The whole collective from Francesco is doing a great job and is super organized! We literally can feel the 5 star enjoyment. Starting from the breakfast leaded by Maniola, with a big selection. The dinner is leaded by Franco, very kind and always smiling. The dinner team is well organized!! All of the restaurant staff are very kind and open for any wishes and trying their best, to fulfill the wish. The kitchen is extraordinary perfect. Fresh cooked dishes and high quality. The restaurant is worth every single star. Rooms and Cleaning Service: The rooms are on the latest standards! Very clean and fresh. Can‘t complain! The cleaning stuff is always trying to change the towels and clean the room. 5 star service. Accomodation & facilities: What a great SPA! Modern and clean. Everything you need is inside. The pool area has always some nice music. A very silent and clean place to enjoy the holiday. Roof top bar with a roof top pool with a sight to the beach and sea. Also in the restaurant, you can enjoy your dishes with a beautiful sight to the sea. All in all, one of the best hotels in this area!
