A tub would have been nice, but otherwise great!

I stayed here for 2 nights. My stay was very disappointing! Check in was smooth and one of the positive things that occurred during my stay. The room was OK. The bed was very lopsided and uncomfortable. You could tell just by looking at the bed that people sat on the edge and broke it down. The room was not clean! There were hairs in the bathroom, long black hairs (I have short grey hair) were on the floor, in the toilet, and in the shower. The floor was super sticky in the bathroom. One of the trash cans had not been emptied from the previous guest. I did appreciate the walk in shower (another positive!!). I stayed in room 417, so I was on the top floor, facing the back of the Home Depot. The Home Depot workers worked until about 10pm on their forklifts (and starting at 630am the next morning), unloading a truck and moving pallets. About 930pm on my first night, the boys from the little league event were running up and down the hall, knocking on the doors. This continued until almost 1030pm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times after 10pm to no avail. I made the assumption that the front desk might have been dealing with other noise issues on the other floors and finally resorted to telling one of the boys it was now quiet time and if he continued to bang on my door, I would call the police. His father or chaperone came to my door and told me to "let kids be kids". OK. During my 2nd night, it was very noisy again from the little leaguers running up and down the halls. This stopped at 10pm on the dot!! I will note, both mornings were noisy as well due to the Home Depot workers on their forklifts. Breakfast was fine. There were lots options to choose from, both hot and cold. This was another of the positives during my stay. Swimming pool access was not that great with all of the kids staying at the hotel. Check out was fine. I watched the young girl doing the check outs (there was a line of people on a Saturday morning) and she was not going to ask how everyone's stay was. That right there told me that other guests had similar problems. I spoke with one couple in the parking lot and they said they had been there for 4 nights and couldn't wait to leave. Honestly, I was in the same boat and glad I only had to deal with it for 2 nights. I suppose had there not been so many kids, things might have been quieter. I will admit the next time I'm in the Tri-Cities area, I will stay at a different hotel.

Comfort and security sum up this Home Away from Home review. We were constantly met with welcoming attitudes and hospitality, but in a warm way that was more than service oriented. Rooms were cleaned without disruption to our vacation style. All common areas were cleaned often. We never wanted for anything. A simple request brought instant attention. No employee seemed put upon with any request. Suites were perfect size and beds were very comfy. Of all the wonderful employees, Becca's smile and attitude charmed us above all others.

Spacious, clean, quiet... except for the pool area that was always quite busy. Nice to have a basic but functional kitchen in the suite. I thought the bed was a little too soft. A family of four could be comfortable here, there is even a curtain to draw between the king size bed and the sofa bed. The breakfast was a cut above most places, it included breakfast sandwiches and omelets. There were also some fresh berries in addition to the usual bananas and oranges.

This hotel is great! Super front desk employees. Lovely, spacious, super clean room. Big fridge w/freezer in room. Sparkly clean bathroom with good towels. Bed & bedding were very nice. Breakfast was above normal standards - very good & kept filled up & clean. Nice location - walk to stores & restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!

I can’t even begin to share how wonderful my experience was at this hotel. I travel out to Tri-Cities once a month from Nampa, Idaho. My room was so clean and refreshing. The staff were pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast was on point. I was able to put a do not disturb sign on my door for five days nobody came in. There was no fuss, I got a free Goodie bag to do a load of clothes and I was able to grab bottles of cold water with no charge anytime throughout my stay. I will definitely be back. This will be the hotel that I stay at once a month.

Customer Service at the hotel was top notch from the time of check-in to the time of check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and the pillows were exactly to my liking. Breakfast had a great variety of items to choose from. Totally awesome stay!!!

This was a last minute trip. No reservations. We chise it because it was convenient right off an exit. Home 2 is very pet friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Very accommodating to my 2 little dogs. And Jedi and Buddy even got little treat bags. Our room was very clean.

Outstanding Service, Staff greets you all the time. Love staying here, rooms are outstanding and very clean. Very nice hot and cold selection for breakfast. Parking is great and well lighted and checked. Nice pool area also. I have stayed here alot in the past and am here for the next two weeks. Great rewards program...
