Quality Hotel Airport South recensioner

I book the hotel by mistake for one day later than I need, so arriving in the hotel I ask to antecipate my booking but they said there was no room available and the whole week was full, then I ask the hotel for reimbursement, but they didn't approve that.....Why they couldn't give me the reimbursement if the hotel was full for the whole week for sure they would sell the room easily again! Actually probably they did that, they probably sold my room for another people!

It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

All good! Staff had do deal with a homeless man situation. They were kind and showed good training from the management.

The breakfast was included on my prices for my 7days of staying,the place was clean but the toilet seat was moving and wriggling for the Screw underneath was not tightened,and the grabbing bars next to the bathtub located at the end of the tub made is hard for me to reach

It locates at a good place. Has free shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was okay.

Everything was good , more then expected

DO NOT STAY THERE. This hotel is going under lobby construction and somehow this makes them not want to do house keeping into the rooms (photo below). The hallways upstairs smell like urine and is very unclean. The room also smelts bad, more like moisture. The toilet seat was loose and full of rust stain. Towels were moist and face clothes were left on the vanity, wet from I dont know what. The was bloodstains on the pillow and the carpet felt like it had not been vacuumed in months. Chair was also falling appart Food was ok but very limited choice. Coffee was horrible and cream was curdled both mornings. The hotel had agree to reimburse my other prepaid reservation in June as long as i dont leave a bad review. 10 minutes after i checked out I got a call from Trip.com saying the hotel will not reimburse. They knew I could not go back and take more pictures. All and all this hotel is a health hazard and I would not recommend anyone to stay there, $250/night this time and $350/night in July is a complete rip off. Best Western is cheaper and 1000x better in every aspect. The Quality Inn Vancouver Airport is the grossest hotel I have stayed at in my life!
