This hotel needs to do better. I often found myself having a lot of difficulty opening my hotel room because of the complex nature of the card key. On the card, it simply said to insert this card and then take it out, but it didn't specify for how long. I tried doing it too fast. It didn't work. I tried doing slower. It didn't work. So I think they should change the method.
Furthermore I booked this hotel on this platform, Trip.com. It said that this hot has laundry services, but then upon arrival, the people working at the front desk told me that there was no laundry service. To meet this seems like false advertising, and that's unacceptable. I hope that all responsible parties can and will do better.
