Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites recensioner

Clean and modern interior staging made us feel that the right hotel we picked, fair price, good location, highly recommended.

Very well located and have good rooms. Staff are polite and unlike many hotels nearby, they deliver what they advertised!

It was a great stay and experience. Good location, good restaurants cross the street, starbucks in lobby.

Everything was good Only problem is indoor pool is small and there is floating rope in the middle of the pool

Great location in Richmond Hill. Convenient to shopping malls restaurants bars and more. Lots of things to choose from. Indoor swimming pool gym and Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby area. They also have shops in the complex for all you need. I would recommend this hotel to all in this area. Only kickback no airport shuttle bus service. Need to book a taxi or other way of transport

I’m appalled! Im a member of Marriott, so I chose to stay in this hotel every single time when I was in the area. Lately my experience with this hotel has been terrible! Last time they charged me $250 because someone reported my dog attacked a kid! They didn’t even investigate it until I called 6 times!(the girl worked at the front desk told me the manager will be there in 1-2 hours so I left my number. A few hours later I called to ask, I called the wrong number so it went to booking department, I explained what happened and asked to be transferred to front desk girl, because she is the one charged me $250. And guess what! Instead of talking to me, she made the booking department lady to tell me”She said that the manager will call you as soon as he’s back” I insisted on checking the security cameras and there were nobody got attacked!!! got my money back and their explanation was”someone too advantage of the hotel for a free night.”. So they made me pay for the night??? And I don’t even know why I stayed here again last night! I couldn’t believe my eyes ! What is going on with this duvet??!!!! I didn’t want to have any trouble with people when I’m traveling by myself so I only requested for another blanket, but it never came, so I spent a night without blanket. I was going to show the front desk these pics but my phone was dead and I was in rush to go to my appointment. Anyways I’m done with this hotel!

Overall the room and bed are very nice. But the drainage of the shower has some smell.

Very nice hotel although there are smoking smells in room but they r glad to change rooms for us. Very nice location hv Tim jor tons and Starbucks in front of door steps.
