In the centre of Rimini, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a pedestrian area. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to 500 m from the house. Public parking 600 m extra. Shop 50 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, pedestrian zone 50 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Shuttlemare (online reservation)" 400 m, railway station "Rimini" 800 m, sandy beach 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parking Valturio (€ 2,50 / 24 H) 600 m, Palacongressi Rimini 1.4 km, Rimini Fiera 5.5 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The accommodation was clean, beautifully designed and had all the necessary household items. Even though the Wi-Fi sometimes stopped and the warm water in the shower in one of the two bathrooms wasn't always reliable, we can definitely recommend this apar
