I must say Very cooperative staff . Room was also awesome . Food was actually very tasty . I forget my stuff there so they helped me and sent it to my home thats a very commendable gesture by them .

Very wonderful amazing and peaceful experience.The rooms quality was very good.Yoga hall was also very nice.The view from balcony of holy river ganga was mind blowing. It feels very peaceful there.Hotel staff and management's were also very polite and caretaking.

Great hotel at prime location….and their dinner buffet is such a feast….!! Hotel staff is very polite and professional….i had stay for 2 nights with my wife and kids and they also have meal for kids…!! Rooms are good in size and clean at this prize it’s a worth to live here.

Beautiful view… clean room… delicious food very good and caring staff (Maninder Singh and GM sir)… it is very easy to reach at this hotel… I came to Rishikesh so many times but it is the heat stay for me… I recommend people to stay in kamaya the grand alova

I recently went there with my family. Good hotel within budget. Rooms are clean. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Food is also good. Pillows are soft. Overall, good experience . Many thanks to Mr. Prabhu and Mr Anup for making our stay comfortable

Very good and polite behaviour of hotel staff. Cleaness of rooms and services are also very good. Hotel environment pleasant, View from the hotel is also beautiful covered with mountain , greenery forest also beautiful the ganga river is approx 200 metres ahead fr Hotel. The overall ambience, staff ans services are really good. We had our breakfast and dinner at there restaurant. Food is really really nice. The staff at the specially manager Vijau ji is very sweet. The staff Rahul, Naveen are really well mannered and very cooperative I can definitely recommend this place to my family and friends

I have been here with my family in January 2022. I have posted my review as THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN RISHIKESH. Infact i have given my video review as well.I have suggested this hotel to my sister and family as they were visiting this december. Just today they checked out from the hotel with pathetic memories AND VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. As per their view : Cleanliness was not proper. Staff support was minimum Food choices were near to zero. Breakfast was very poor. You ask any item from the menu card ant that was not available. Only small can of sprite available in cold drinks. My sister and family ordered food using ZOMATO app because there were no choices to odder at the restaurant of grand alova. They refused to take food order after 9.30 pm so you have to either complete your dinner outside or order through food app. Going through their experience I would like to say that GRAND ALOVA is a lost GLORY and not worth staying there. This is the review by my sister and familly and not mine. I had very good experience in January 2022 but now i think things have changed more towards negative side.

We always had a great stay at Alova. The view of Ganga and Mountains is awesome. The staff is very supportive. We didn't face any issue. 24x7 help is available. The food is great with variety of dishes. Rooms are clean with all basic amenities.
