I had an amazing stay at bunkstay hostel! It’s a very cozy and welcome place. The owner and his team are doing an incredible job. I had a private room and it was clean, spacious and well equipped. You have an amazing view of Rishikesh at the rooftop bar where they’re also serving awesome food and drinks. Every night there’s a jam happening if you want to join. I’ve met a lot of other travellers there. I can really recommend this place if you’re going to Rishikesh! It’s on the quieter side of the river which is also nice.

This place was amazing, loved the vibe. So aesthetic, it was really fun to be there. Enjoyed live music there. And the view from the rooftop was totally surreal. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and family . Staff was helpful. Totally worth it

I stayed at bunk stay in may 2025, when i stayed here a year ago it had a serene vibe, but this time it was the complete opposite. Most disappointing factor was the food: completely bland and overpriced, maybe because of char dham Yatra. And even on complaint there was no response. The room alloted to us was non AC with bathroom that needed the long due plumbing. So overall there is scope for improvement but with this pace it'll take a while to get there.

Great place to find destiny. Nice food, wonderful hostel experience with great music and hang out every night. You won’t feel lonely here. The staff is also very helpful and warm. Yoga twice a day is very generous and they are very good at it. :)

Bunk Stay Hostel exceeded all my expectations. It’s a place where you can relax, make friends, and enjoy your travels without breaking the bank. I left with wonderful memories and a sense of belonging. If you're looking for a fantastic hostel experience, look no further than Bunk Stay – I can’t wait to return!

The room was damp and stinky, and the food is overpriced. Also had a really bad experience while my stay at the property, parked my car as guided by the property manager and when I went for Rafting between the ride got a call from police that I had wrongly parked, I informed the officer that I am staying at the property adjacent he said the hotel staff has refused this car owner does is not staying here.

I had a wonderful welcoming stay in bunkstay. Incredibly beautiful rooftop, amazing people, music, yoga, good vibe, calmness, very strong wifi and always electricity backup. I was warmly welcomed, and got quick help in anything i needed. Waiting to come back :)

Management lost my dental retainer which I had specially told them was urgent and important. I told them I could come on a flight the next day and get it because it was so important and they assured me it would be kept safely when I returned in a month. No apologies and management seems apathetic when I told them how costly it would be time and money wise. Also some of my clothes were also stolen in laundry. When I tried escalating it with management their reply was “don’t be a baby”

Place for backpackers, friendly environment with Great view on roof top cafe. Good gathering would take you back in days of your hostel Life. Food is good and cafe is awesome on economy prices with better taste than all near by cafes in rishikesh.
