Green View by Green Tree Hotels

Our 3rd time staying at the Greenview..... and once again exceeded our expectations. The hotel is so conveniently located with many attractions within a walking distance and the mighty Ganges just a stone throw away from the hotel. The rooms at the hotel are a good size.. comfortable and very well kept and maintained. The highlight of our trip this time was the restaurant and the ever so friendly and welcoming staff of the F&B Team in the restaurant upstairs. They serve the yummiest food... their pizzas were so so good .... but the service of the friendly staff kept us going back to eat there rather than going to one of the many other eateries in the area. Solan and Anil made us the yummiest mocktails and fresh lime sodas ..... all with a warm and welcoming smile ..... Sachin, Mohit and the ever smiling Mahesh were just always so happy to serve and look after us each time we went up to eat .... they were always at hand to also offer advice and recommendations as well as information about local sites etc. The very hands on GM... a super friendly person, also maintained a constant presence and was ever so approachable and always around to ensure our every comfort and that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I would most definitely recommend the hotel and it's superb restaurant to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming and comfortable stay in Rishikesh. As for us ...... we will most definitely be back for round 4 !!!!!

Hotel is nearest to janki jhula, and just behind paramaatma niketan ashram. At swarga ashram. Hotel has car access.Ambience is good. Staff are helpful. I stayed there executive king room. Room was specious. With hill view. Hotel has beautiful roof top restaurant. Quality of food is good.

I had been to Rishikesh many times but I stayed in hotel green view first time for 3 nights. I booked premium room through their employee Madam Pushpa. All the parameters viz location cleanliness ambience food and service was marvelous. It is such lovely located that one feels comfortable to access any key points parmarth niketan van prasth Holy Ganges janki jhula ram jhula and main attraction mini market full of positive vibes. Madam pushpa took special care ***** with her staff in arranging our stay. Quality of service 👌 and particularly service with smile at all times gave us positivity. I shall recommend it as best place to stay.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THEM. One of the worst customer experiences I've had, especially with a staff member named Pushpa who sits on the reception. 1. The service was disappointing, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. She was too rude in every way. When we said, why are you even sitting here when you cant do anything, then she answered back, then you come and sit here. Wow! 2. Rooms were poorly maintained. Even their premises. 3. Overall experience did not meet basic standards like, providing hot water kettle and cleanliness. 4. Fans were either too slow or too fast that it ll fall down and the fans were dirty too. 5. There was no charging point near our bed, so we barely managed with TV points. 6. There were hair strands on the sheet and when we asked them to change the sheet, they simply used the same sheet again. 7. They made us wait for 1 hour to check in after calling us from our previous hotel stay next door. 8. We wanted to cancel our next day stay but there was a guy named Harshit(Gemeral Manager) who was highly promising but at the end we ended up in the same situation again for our next day booking which we wanted to cancel. 9. We even asked for manager with a staff names Deepak who has been working here for an year, he firstly ignored the question and then he said he is new staff so he doesnt know the manager. Manager named Mandeep was just sitting next to Pushpa Staff and he was quiet/whispering all the time even after seeing all this. Both Mandeep and Pushpa are un-fit for their job. Rude and Short tempered. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable,clean and respectable stay.

The hotel is centrally located near Parmarth Ashram. The hotel is good enough for a budget traveller. It has got a decen restaurant of its own that offers good quality food. Point to note is that this hotel is located on the other side of the Ganga river where cabs, ricks etc are not allowed and the hotel will tell you this only on the day you are arriving there. If you have luggage, you will have a hard time transporting it to the hotel across the Ram Jhula as you are at the mercy of the porters/bike guys who are the only ones allowed on the bridges (jhulas). If travelling with luggage, try to book a hotel on the opposite side the river.

Beautiful restaurant upstairs with awesome views. Very classy,clean and good service. Great selection of foods of all cultures. So refreshingly clean and cool. just back from the Ganga river Aarti near Parmarth Niketan ashram ❤️🙏😃 I highly recommend this restaurant in Rishikesh
