Hotel Nirvana Palace

I reserved a room at Nirvana Palace, but they placed me in their new property, Nirvana Bliss, which boasts a fantastic location. The check-in experience was smooth, but there's no in-house food; however, plenty of dining options are available nearby. Unfortunately, I faced issues like an electricity fault at night, no hot water in the morning, and a broken extra bed. The staff mentioned addressing concerns to the owner. Despite the prime location, other places might offer similar amenities at a lower cost.

We received a warm welcome by the housekeeping team, everything was perfectly clean and tidy, Sam (manager) was always worried about our group. It was a nice experience here in Nirvana Hotel, we really recommend this place if you are coming to Rishikesh.

Nice Cozy budget friendly Rooms (Stayed in family Suite), A special mention of Mr Uddhesh at the front desk, who would do everything to make guest comfortable. At 11pm night, he took his personal bike to get the medicines . Good show of hospitality and Guest care.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it's clean and tidy. We ordered a car to collect us from the airport which they didn't arrange, but luckily for us there was plenty of cars available at the airport to take us to hotel The beds are old and incredibly noisy, and like sleeping on the floor as mattresses are so hard. They have a yoga studio there plus other services available which is great, but does make it noisy. But overall we enjoyed our stay, and loved Rishikesh ❤️
