Swiss Cottage by Oscenox , Rishikesh

DO BOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER. Had the WORST experience. 1. The pictures shown are completely deceptive. We booked a standard room and they charged 2k for the room. It was not even worth 2k. The bedsheets were not changed. The bedsheets had cigarette butt holes in them. The rooms were filthy. Bathrooms were not clean at all. They proclaim themselves as a 3-star hotel. It’s worse than a 1-star hotel. 2. The staff is rude and room service is appalling. We asked for a bottle of water and they gave the bottle to us after 2 hours. 3. The food is very costly and the quantity is too less. 4. We gave the keys to our rooms for housekeeping in the morning. When we got back to the hotel at night, they didn’t even clean our rooms! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! It’s a scam. They will show you nice and aesthetic pictures. However, it is poorly maintained with dust all over and filthy and smelly rooms with rude staff!!! Absolutely a waste of money! I would have given negative rating, if there would have been an option!

It's very bad. Dirty bed and room bed soles. Bed sheetand blankets were filled with dirt and also toilet pot was filled with poop and room was very dirty

Great stay at swiss cottage by oscenox rooms were clean staff was trained property was having in house restaurant and bar. I enjoyed my stay at this property with my partner and would recommend anyone travelling to Rishikesh have a stay at Swiss Cottage.

It's a nice place and you can get the best view from the hotel. Ram jhula is nearest to this location almost 700m.

The hotel location was not appropriate for elderly people or parents Rooms were also not upto the mark

Use less hotel no room service no tv in room, street dogs are moving outside of room, no door lock inside, ac hardly work nestsheel i say never stay in this property staff is useless
