We stayed in August near all amenities and staff so helpful and beautiful pool area. Lovely mini bar near the pool. Rooms are beautiful, great variety for breakfast and staff so helpful. Very convenient to the lake area and close to the port. Special mention to reception staff and management so helpful.

The room we were allocated was like a hostel, the balcony was so small with a wall on either side the two of us could not sit on it. There are obviously very nice rooms in the hotel but the one we got- 208 was not. The room was small with wardrobes above bed with a rail about 6ft above bed. Bed had chipboard under mattress as base. One narrow desk in white with chipped edges, platform for fridge chipped edges, socket hanging off wall. Bathroom old, window in bathroom had rope attached to close but it didn’t work. Fridge faulty. Asked to change rooms initially told there were none. We decided to leave hotel, owner demanded we pay over 1000€, after an argument he agreed we could pay for 3 nights, which we did 483€, we left. On returning home *********** charged us 1100€ also as the hotel said we were a no show, which we were not. We have now paid for 10 nights in a hotel we never stayed in. Luckily we found a hotel nearby that was exceptional. Ruined the start of our holiday. The room was not as described & certainly not in any of the 64 photos. Reception area & pool looked good & I am sure the breakfast may have been if we had stayed there.

Chambre assez sommaire et peu insonorisée, luminosité persistante la nuit, petit déjeuner standard. Pour une nuit ça le fait mais pour plus mieux vaut voir ailleurs. L'hôtel est assez à l'écart du centre vivant de Riva del Garda, mais il n'est pas loin du Lac et joindre le centre par là est très sympa.

Prima notte ,alle 00:40 ritrovarsi davanti all entrata dell hotel con tutte le porte chiuse non c’è nessuno che ci apre la porta siamo bloccati fuori senza poter entra a dormire, 300 chiamate al numero notturno indicato all’entrata senza risposta una cosa vergognosa. Mai più

Problemi con presenza di formiche nella camera. Abbiamo deciso di non denunciare subito il problema. Alle tre di notte però ci siamo accorti che le formiche erano diventate molte.. Mi sono precitato in reception dove ho chiamato la persona di turno e fatta salire in camera… La sua unica preoccupazione è stata di spruzzare ovunque lo spray per ucciderle, senza pensare che avremmo dovuto dormire in quella camera.. Ho chiesto la sostituzione della camera e non è stata accolta… Qualche ora dopo il ragazzo della reception mi ha comunicato che non potevano sostituirmi la camera dicendomi che avrebbe detto alle ragazze delle pulizie di prestare più attenzione e di preoccuparsi del problemi con altro spry! Mi aspettavo delle scuse e un minimo di sconto visto il disagio e invece non mi hanno nemmeno scontato le due bottiglie prese dal frigo.
