Amazing view and nice staff. But the hotel is very basic. Breakfast is simple and same every day, pool should have been heated but water temperature was almost same as in the lake. Rooms soundproof is awful, you can hear every single word from the neighborhood. It’s quite a way from historic center and uphill so prepare to climb a bit. There is nothing around it. We were unlucky as we had heavy smokers living in the next room so it was impossible to sit and relax in our terrace in the evenings.

What a fabulous hotel, the views from your balcony and as you have breakfast and dinner are unsurpassable. The whole team make you feel very welcome, special mention for excellent customer service goes to Etienne who worked very hard and is a real asset to the hotel - bravo Etienne !

Hotel is situated on the top of the hill. Beautifull view from the room. The hotel staff is very very good. Great service. Breakfast is decent. It is better if you have yoir own car. Rooms dont have hot water kettle. So no provision for making tea or coffee in the room

The hotel was in a beautiful location but it's good to notice that there is a quite long uphill road from the marine to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, and the pool was very nice! The staff were mostly nice and helpful to me but there was a one person who should improve her customer service. Regarding of that have to give some poor review because in the first evening when I arrived I got a room which had a lot dead spiders and their nets around the roof. I got immediately a new and better room and I was very satisfyed and appreciated that a lot. But after that the same person was impolite to me which made my visit a little uncomfortable. So that's why only 3 points.

Very nice people! Service is excellent and what a beautiful view and atmosphere the Hotel gives you. I am thankful to experience Italy from such a beautiful place as this hotel. But the food could be more variable.

What a little gem of a hotel! The staff are superb, the facilities clean and we'll maintained, and the view is unbeatable. The rooms are comfortable, if not over-large, but when in Garda, I only need the room to sleep in! So pleased we chose this hotel!!

Immer wieder ein wunderbarer Urlaub im Hotel Benacus. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal. Die traumhafte äußerst ruhige Lage am Monte Brione mit einer genialen Aussicht ist einmalig. Nadin und ihr Team machen das hervorragend. Jedes Jahr gibt es was neues, heuer gibt es eine Renovierung beim Schwimmbad.

Tolles 3 Sterne Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück, außergewöhnlicher Lage am Hang oberhalb von Riva ( E-bike empfohlen, ansonsten mit Auto oder längerem Spaziergang nach Riva oder Torbole) und sehr schönem (trotz Erwärmung) etwas kühlen Pool. Die Lage und der Blick sind einfach genial. Das günstigste Zimmer, sowie das Bad sind klein, aber ausreichend. Wir kommen wieder.
