The room is big and is spacious enough for 2 people.  Big gym room

A very nice old world hotel however rooms are a little bit tired and need a refresh.

Great Service but classic room is so old. Especially shower head is too old to take a shower. However, every staff is very kind and considerable.

We spent a very good time in the Bowling palms club. It's a very nice and new Bowling facility. The staff was so helpful and amazing. Also, the food was so delicious and they have multiple choices in their menu. I highly recommend to visit this place.

Stayed four nights and experienced excellent service. At breakfast, Alfred and Chef Raul went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. They didn’t have to but they made sure I had 5 star options. Then James and Mr Suhar addressed my concerns re my room. Advice to all is spend for a club room at this hotel. Totally worth it! And the club lounge is great. With evening drinks, they have a menu that offers three dishes that change daily.

I stayed five nights here for a business trip. The service here is excellent all around. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The service is the restaurant, Al Bustan was as good or even better than any higher end restaurant. The people at the Palms Health Club were also great. The reason for four starts is the room. While spacious, the rooms are a little dated and need updating, but otherwise very clean. The hotel had a very nice health club with both and indoor and outdoor pools, though it was not warm enough to use the outdoor pool. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide choice of entrees, salads, desserts, etc. I was able to try a variety of middle eastern dishes and desserts. The service in this restaurant is what really stands out! Overall, I would stay here again!
