我們是凌晨到達辦理入住的，前台工作人員非常認真負責，第二天我們看完足球比賽就要去機場趕飛機，時間非常緊張，酒店禮賓部Concierge bellman易卜拉欣ibrahim給予我們很多幫助，讓我們無顧慮的看完球賽就乘坐酒店車輛去機場，非常感謝Concierge bellman易卜拉欣ibrahim。

the mosaique resturante is very nice resturante with worm atmosphere and great hospitality from all staff and especially from Mr khawar and saiful. the food was great, tasty and different varieties. I want to thank the cheif for that marvelous food . thanks to all staff. see you agsin

Hotel is great, near to Riyadh season, staff is nice specially Seeta & Hatoun at the reception were very helpful. Rooms are large and comfy. Lobby is beautiful Breakfast was good. Nothing negative to say except the pricing. Will come here again :)

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza The hotel was incredibly nice, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my visit very relaxing. The service was also excellent—everything was taken care of promptly and with a smile. A special Nagraj and the restaurant staff, who were such nice people and made my stay good memorable !

We appreciate the extra care and added touches. And Mr. Arshad in Concierge he gave us innovative and flawless service. He make us felt the Crowne plaza is our home.

A great stay as always. Warmest welcome from Ms. Bashayer and Ms. Hutoon, they always make our stay amazing. Highly recommend asking for both of them when coming here. I will keep coming to this hotel in the future either for business events or hotel stays.

i had a lot of pleasant experiences here but mainly due to a few individuals. alvin was such a sweetheart. so professional & caring. you can tell he’s happy to work here. carl in the lobby cafe. A+. a gentleman & kind spirit. always a pleasure sitting with him. i really enjoyed the Mosaique experiences. that brunch was phenomenal.. truly. i utilized their facilities, often. i was always in their gym & sauna, jacuzzi. an excellent set up, and the crew there was always on top of cleaning & maintenance. seriously… it doesn’t get better than that breakfast buffet. toptier. i only give a 4 star because i noticed charges & prices i didn’t authorize. but they’re not big enough to complain about. lovely stay. kindly, GTB
