Hotel is great, near to Riyadh season, staff is nice specially Seeta & Hatoun at the reception were very helpful. Rooms are large and comfy. Lobby is beautiful Breakfast was good. Nothing negative to say except the pricing. Will come here again :)

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza The hotel was incredibly nice, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my visit very relaxing. The service was also excellent—everything was taken care of promptly and with a smile. A special Nagraj and the restaurant staff, who were such nice people and made my stay good memorable !

I loved staying here it’s clean ,,, beautiful atmosphere,… ..great and helpful staff and would specially thank Hattoun for her help and Rayouf for answering my calls and the concierge for helping alI the time …... I would always to come back

Really nice stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of variety and plenty of room even if busy. Staff friendly. Especially Michael who cleaned my room every day. Always helpful and always looking after me. Top man. Get Ubers though as using hotel car was pretty expensive.

the mosaique resturante is very nice resturante with worm atmosphere and great hospitality from all staff and especially from Mr khawar and saiful. the food was great, tasty and different varieties. I want to thank the cheif for that marvelous food . thanks to all staff. see you agsin

Thanks to Mr. Tariq and Mr. Gyanjen from housekeeping for their good services and support during my staying in the hotel i really appreciate for them also for thier line manager Azar for the Hygiene and cleanness also for their attitude and behavior and thanks for all manager responsible for this

i would like to recommend Mubashir from house keeping, he really understands the needs of a guest and is a real asset to this hotel. he cleaned my room completely on just a simple request and also ensured that i was comfortable with all the amenities in the room. i wish that we have staff all over like him, i stayed for business at this hotel a couple of times and it is a very convenient location.
