Fairmont Ramla We had amazing stay here the room are the big nice and feel pretty Morden all of the staff are very pleasant Kaiyum , Shamim, Harun, Francis and the afternoon supervisor for H.K Mr Akber Khalid Thanks to all. I like Riyadh a lot because of Fairmont and the passionate staff here!!

Very nice hotel with spacy rooms. The staff is very friendly and kind. I would like to mention Ruby Nabulsi, who helped me a lot and went beyond her normal duties to help me. Which was 1000% excelence customer service. The staff in the whole hotel and in Jones the grocer was amazing, food very tasty. Ayyam was always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help. Our son enjoyed the kids club. We all loved the welcome and goodbye treats.

Very very very bad experience, i waited for more than 30 minutes to receive my car and got late on an appointment because of that. And also the A/C inside the room is not working and there is no help from the front desk regarding this issue they send the maintenance three time and the didn’t fix the issue. I will not visit the hotel again. VERY BAD Experience.

The hotel provided a comfortable and professional environment for our business meeting. The conference room was well-equipped, staff attentive, and amenities excellent. Ideal for business meetings, workshops etc. Perfect meeting room with necessary stationary. Very good ambiance and service. Breakfast, coffe, lunch options are very well served.

Ayyam is extremely helpful, proactively asked if I need help everyday when he is on duty. Always pleasant and acting like a ambassador of Fairmomt Hotel. A good conceige. Since this is my first time in Riyadh and that came with alot of questions. He is patience listening and put his effort to help. Hope he is a great career and rewarded with his achievement for the hotel

Enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Ramla. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Ayyam, the bell boy, was helpful and courteous. The restaurant Jones and Grocer had excellent breakfast and staff location was perfect for exploring the city. I’d consider staying here again

One of the best hotels in Riyadh. I recommend staying there. All thanks and appreciation for what the Fairmont team provided, especially Mansour Al-Bishi, Khaled and Nasser Al-Dulaimi, for the reception and hospitality. This is not surprising from the youth of the country. Thank you.

Ayyam人很好，在楼下不知道该找谁帮助的时候，他很热心，找不到外卖的时候也是他帮忙联系的当地骑手。有任何问题都可以找他，英语也说得不错。非常感谢这段时间的帮助！Ayyam is very nice. When we didn't know who to ask for help downstairs, he was very enthusiastic. When I couldn't find the takeaway, he was also the local rider he helped contact. If you have any questions, you can contact him, and he speaks English well.
