fantastic location on olaya street, very near to bus and metro station. great service. however, they gave us a smoking room instead of non smoking on check in.

這家酒店的房間雖有些年頭，卻保養得相當妥帖，處處透着一種老派而考究的整潔。 床品雪白挺括，沒有絲毫泛黃，羽絨被蓬鬆柔軟。窗框的漆面有些許細紋，但玻璃明凈透亮，將窗外的城市景觀框成一幅生動的畫。 空調出風口沒有積灰，老式但運轉安靜的中央空調送來恰到好處的涼意。

設施：比較齊全，基本上都是有求必應 衞生：不錯，阿拉伯人本身也非常講究衞生 環境：位於市中心，有丟丟堵車 服務：很到位，很有禮貌，但是前台的小子英文十分蹩腳……

房間乾淨整潔，沙特本地品牌酒店，離各個景點，商務出差都很近，步行可到王國中心。沙特服務意識整體還不如國內，但也熱情。

入住這個酒店是我最糟糕的經歷，前台人員特別沒有禮貌，高高在上，我連續住了6天，沒有看到一個笑臉。因為他們的失誤搞錯了事情，還要檢查我的手機，特別特別不禮貌，希望外國人不要去這個酒店住.
