This stunning, deep lakefront cottage, with infinity pool, spa, and indoor and outdoor wood fireplaces has its own sizable private dock and is minutes away from local marinas and resturants. Outdoor life is abundant in this cozy and serene gated community with walking trails, a pavilion and white sandy beaches. Centrally located between Knoxville (40 min), Chattanooga (1hr), and Nashville (2 hr). The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a selection of blankets and pillows, and luxury linens and mattresses throughout to ensure your comfort. There is a green egg and gas grill available for your outdoor cooking as well as a wood fire pit and a propane fire table. There is year-round deep water at our dock and a boat ramp right across from the dock that is available solely for community residents. Our neighborhood is family friendly and walkable. The shared community areas are a must see as we have a small park across from our front yard and white sandy beaches with lake access across from the pavilion which has a covered area for grilling and picnics.
