The Grand Hotel Robertson

Really excellent on all levels. Mandy and her team run a very tight ship. Nothing is too much trouble, attention to detail is excellent, decor, gardens, food, service levels all exceed. Well done, we’re two happy guests and would stay again.

Robertson Delight. What a gem. We lived our stay. Mandy and Trevor and their team made us feel right at home. Excellent food and real Boland hospitality and warmth. We should have stayed longer but alas only had the one night. We will certainly be back to explore more of the town and enjoy the warmth and charm of the Hotel.

From the welcome to the departure the service was warm and welcoming. Our rooms were beautifully appointed. Lovely spacious bathrooms with excellent branded products. The linens, pillows and towels were amazing. We had dinner and breakfast and they were both perfectly executed. Delicious and well presented on the plate with the freshest of ingredients. Mandy and her staff hit the right notes of friendliness and professionalism. I will recommend this little gem to all and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a special place! Our family spent 2 nights in the the cottage, which opens up onto the courtyard and swimming pool. Mandy and her team were so accommodating and hands on, ensuring our stay was super. The breakfasts and dinners were both delicious. Highly recommended!

This was indeed home away from home.. absolutely stunning!! A huge thank you to Trevor and Mandy and their lovely staff who welcomed my fiancé and I with open arms and upgraded our room to a stunning suite. The service is absolutely amazing as well as the location. The food is next level divine!! It was heartsore to leave after the 3 amazing days at the hotel. All the rooms are so beautiful it’s unreal. We are definitely making a trip again:) The complimentary trips to the surrounding wine estates by the driver John based at the hotel was breathtaking. It honestly felt like we were already on our honeymoon even though we were on a short 3 day holiday! Last but certainly not least are the beautiful huskies Mika and Jazzy oh how I miss them, not to mention to complimentary bedside brownies oh my word!!!!! The best !!!!!! Thank you Trevor, Mandy and the staff for a stunning hotel with such amazing hospitality and great memories. I can’t recommend this beautiful place enough, you need to go and experience it.
