The hotel was clean and tidy and spacious, we had requested an adapted room, due to using a wheelchair. Although the room was large, the bathroom was unsuitable for anyone with a disability as it was not adapted. There was a small balcony that overlooked the swimming pool ( we didn't use it but it looked great ). On arrival there was plenty of parking, but unfortunately we were checked in by the most unhelpful woman, at one point we had to stand, whilst she was having a personal phone call. The room information says ask at reception for WiFi code, don't bother it's on your key, coverage was pretty good. The receptionist the following day a man was lovely, helpful and considerate ( otherwise the stars would be lower ) To get into the city walk to the end of the carpark and turn right you will find the lifts to get into the city on your right. There is no information in the hotel to give directions, and our moody receptionist would or could not help. Overall this was a great overnight stay

This is a typical hotel with standard hotel rooms. Everything you need is there, including even a kettle to make your own tea/coffee. The bathroom is also nice. There is a large swimming pool which we did not use due to cool weather. We had no meals in the hotel so can't judge on that. The hotel has plenty of free parking, the WiFi worked well. It is on top of Rocamadour. It's a 2-minute walk to the small church on top and to the lift or path winding down to the old town of Rocamadour. We walked down in the evening and morning and the town is very lovely. The hotel was a great starting point for our explorations. There is not much parking down in the town anyway.

Stayed for 2 nights on the way travelling thru France. Ideal hotel for Rocamadour. The hotel has good parking and is within a 2 min walk from the lifts or paths down into the main part of the attractions. The large pool area gives the opportunity for a relax after all the sightseeing. Pool area is a little tired and would benefit a quick upgrade of umbrellas etc. but it was still nice to use. Great breakfast on offer. The hotel restaurant is separate from the hotel about 90 m away. But the food was great and we ate there both nights

Small hotel outside the old town. My room was small and awkwardly designed. Very dated. There was no safe, no washcloths, and no tissues. I had a closet and a desk. There is a pool. Wi-Fi was very weak. Note: fabulous view of Rocamadour just down the cliff-side road at an overlook. Turn left out of hotel and walk a few hundred meters. Enchanting at night with the entire town lit up.

Well situated away from the hustle of the streets and with an excellent restaurant. Simple rooms and breakfast but for the height of the season it was all we needed for a 2 day stay attending concert in the Basilica. Easy to navigate the ascenseur though it adds to the cost (€ 6.20 aller retour from top to bottom though you can walk!but parking and location outweigh this and it was fun).

Accueil super, une chambre propre avec une baie vitrée pour un accès à notre chien au parc. Le personnel de ménage adorable et respectueux. Le petit déjeuner était a volonté et les viennoiseries du boulanger, délicieuses. On est très heureux de notre séjour.

Arrivée : jeune fille à l'accueil très désagréable et malaimable. Le patron : guère mieux. Chambres distribuées à 15h pas une minute plus tôt. Pas du tout arrangeants. Stage de vélo avec Laurent Jalabert, à leur arrivée vers 13h d'une sortie vélo même pas une chambre de dispo. Ils ont dû aller au restaurant direct en tenue de cycliste, tout transpirants sans pouvoir prendre un douche avant. Hôtel : je me suis cru dans l'hôtel du film Shinning. Dans son jus depuis les années 80. Chambre défraîchie, aucune déco. L'impression d'être chez une vieille tante de 95 ans. Drap taché, sommier idem, plafond fissuré. Petit déjeuner : assez garni en revanche, le pain est dégoûtant j'ai du recracher dans mon assiette. On aurait dit du pain rassi. Restaurant bon et personnel très aimable.

Un accueil moyen, le fait d'être nouveau dans l' équipe n'explique pas le fait de ne pas être aimable. Au niveau des chambres rien à signaler. L'équipe du restaurant est très sympathique et les plats à la carte sont bons. Une bonne adresse pour une escale d'une nuit.

Bien que les chambres soient propres , celles-ci auraient besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement : peinture qui s’écaille, mobilier abîmé, vmc sale… De plus l’accueil était particulièrement froid bien que nous sommes arrivés avec un grand sourire. Déçu par rapport à ce qu’on peut attendre d’un 3 étoiles.
