Private: natural state property 6 ha, beautiful, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. 600 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 800 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Grosseto" 33 km, ferry "Piombino" 69 km, sandy beach "Follonica/Castiglione d.Pescaia" 400 km.
