Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa recensioner

I enjoyed the amenities especially the use of the Spa as well as the breakfast which had a lot of options.. The beds were extra comfortable and a tranquil location although a bit far from Old Trafford as we were to attend a match the following day.

It was bad experience loud music was on till 1am people was talking loud on the corridor 12in the morning!!!!!  Room wasn’t sound proof  you can hear everything from next room!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to these hotel!!! people was smoking  marawana I complained to reception he couldn’t do anything, we had to check out at 2:45am in the morning😡😡

Fantastic staff make this a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are tastefully, clean, and very comfortable. The food is excellent and the breakfast is plentiful. This was our 3rd visit and we will definitely be back sooner than later.

Attended as we were going to a wedding could do with more atmosphere in the bar area felt a bit boring.

The Manager is just an exceptional service expert hotelman.

Hotel was nice . Said 24 hour bar and it wasn't said 24 hour room service and it wasnt ringing though to get room service was a farce. No one answered for ages. Bar closed early like ghost town from 7pm in the hotel

Rooms are all different, sometimes you gonna get water and shower gel , sometimes you won’t. Not consistent
