Clean, spacious, walking distance to Mayo and restaurants, etc. It’s pretty much apartment rooms in a hotel attached to Mayo and Galleria via skyway. It’s also about 15 min from RST so very convenient. Also, a little over an hour away from Mall of America with accessible Ubers within one mini tree.

Comfortable clean and convenient Close to downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful.nice to have kitchen and a place to call home when traveling. Mostly quiet, not a large workout space but attached to subway system for walking. No daily cleaning instead is weekly.

Traveling for medical care at the Mayo Clinic. Ended up staying for 2 1/2 months. The staff is super accommodating with special requests related to medical needs. Friendly, helpful, refreshing during a stressful time. Apartment is comfortable and well equipped.

This lovely alternative hotel was wonderful! It was so clean! The furnishings still look new and fresh, not worn out and dirty. The flooring was perfect, no dirt or worn spots. I was only the 6th floor, yet still had a nice view. The bed was so comfortable. The very best feature was the peace and quiet of the room, even the common areas. It is connected by the Skywalk to Mayo Clinic with an easy enclosed walk. It is a straight and super easy walk to Mayo through the Galleria from the street. The desk staff are incredibly kind and courteous. As well, they seem to know where everything is...at Mayo, for food, for groceries, for sundries. I will stay hear every time I come back to Mayo Clinic!

Full kitchen with appliances. Nice living room and king size bedroom. Perfect for longer stays. Recommended

We have stayed in this hotel many times. We are always impressed with the facility and its cleanliness! The staff is helpful and friendly. We will continue to stay on any trip to Rochester in the future. Highly recommend for families or singles, especially if you have appointments at Mayo. The skywalks are a game changer in the winters and the outdoor jaunt in the warmer weather is fantastic. During the summer months the Thursday street vendors are an enjoyable experience.
