This place is great. OMG the silly people who wrote the previous reviews Shame on You. This place is very good to great. We brought our 22 foot Airstream and we had a lovely spot right next to the water. Yes the pool is not open for business nor accessible and that is disappointing because its in the photos, but a rating of 1 (one), come on, what were you thinking for camping. The clubhouse is good and so are showers. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the RV campers were very friendly. Full service sites with wonderful views of the water. Paradise Cove Resort and Marina is located next to a sweet little town of Wheeler.

What a dump! This was a timeshare that my parents bought into when they first opened over 20 yrs ago. The pool has been closed for yrs and they never open the hot tub any more. The pictures on the website are very deceptive. They are now letting people LIVE there and take up some of the best spots. The biggest space on the top is currently being used for some guy to park his business truck!!! The bathrooms no longer have working showers. The road is washed out to the docks now so you cannot drive down it.it is so sad to see what they have done to this once beautiful place. I would never rent any of their units because they are disgusting!

This place would have so much potential if the owners would put in the money, but they don’t. It’s open to the public where it should only be members only you cannot reserve a space you have to go and pick one out. The roads are crappy. The swimming pool is never filled. Washer and dryers are crappy, they just don’t care anymore

This place isn’t maintained. Pros: tent camping sites ($33) have water and elec. - Rec center has a kitchen with a stove, but not all the burners work. Cons: - roads are so bad I bottomed out 3 times in my Prius going 5 mph in the 2 days we were there. - Bath house is 1/4 mile uphill from the tent camping sites. - Not all sites have picnic tables. - Laundromat has 4 washers and 4 dryers, but only 2 washers and 1 dryer work. - All vending machines are out of order. - No water in pool. - Not all showers work. We understand this property is for sale and no capital improvements are being made.

If you think this place is a Resort think again. Over priced dirty hole. Pool was empty was full of leaves. No TV. Extremely poor wifi. Dirty smelly industrial bin out front of our Cabin. Blackberry bush growing on the deck. If we hadn't prepaid we would have done a runner

There was cops across the bay and we thought we heard gun shots when we where trying to enjoy oysters. Do not go to this place, the bathrooms at the 30 amp area closed at 8:00 not fun with a big group of kids.
