Older style rooms but very clean and comfortable. Coffee pod in room. Iron and ironing board. Shower has a deep base so if travelling with small children you could use as a bath. Room has toaster and microwave. Onsite parking.!Rockhampton leagues club just around the corner. Walking distance to cafes and MacDonalds. All in all great value got money. Will certainly return.

Bed bugs everywhere, I’ve written this review before and it’s been deleted , I came back to it to see if there was a response from management, hey who deleted it is my question? Anyways I gave this such a low rating as the manager and staff had no interest in doing a thing about the bugs in the bed . Retraining in customer service is the go for all the staf

I found this motel of a very low standard, and the staff had little or no training in customer service. The staff were rude and uncouth and should find employment elsewhere, the only person who seemed reasonable was the cleaner. As I said to my friends our room was full of bed bugs and other vermin , management couldn’t cared less There are some great hotels in Rockhampton, but this is not one of them ~10 out of 10

Similar to other comments.. cheap n cheerful.. with not too much cheerful!! Outside grubby.. noise level from the highway high!! Missing a few basics.. ie hairdryer (prob in reception) but not just out of the shower!! Tissues?? Towels thin and couple were smelly!! Fridge totally useless!! Shower screen just..just… workable .. On the bright side Bed was comfortable.. water hot n plentiful!! The rating was incorrect though…it is too high.. and inaccurate!! For a cheap nights accommodation it is too expensive because so poorly presented! David

Ticks most of the boxes for me. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was trouble free. My priorities in a room when I'm on the road is a comfy bed, decent sized TV and clean facilities. It looked to me like there has been updates in the room as in furniture and carpet but the plumbing desperately needs an upgrade! Maybe this is coming.. I felt bad using the toilet at night because the hammering pipes in the wall were very loud! Overall - I was quite happy with this competitively priced accommodation

The room was old and in need a good vacuum around window sill and under and around bedside tables for a start . The cups and cutlery were stained and i washed and scolded with boiling water. The shower screen frame were the door folded back was black with mold .the toilet bowl had black staining . The taps all leaked and if this hotel is trying to be water conservative im sure i dont know where . Even if a bottle of bleach and sine gumption were in the cleaning staff kit it might help. I could go on but wont. .i will say the sheets and towels were clean , however didnt look pillows or matress I dint know how this hotel has got 7 stars . Was glad to leave, i sorry to say

Cheap and cheerful. Definitely got what I paid for but it was clean, tidy, comfy bed, right on highway and owner of motor inn seemed lovely. Was close to all kinds of fast food and a local club. I would stay again for a night stopover. The room also had pod coffee and a microwave.
