This was oneof the best experiences we have had in a bed and breakfast! Everything was perfect, including the morning breakfasts and the xtra touch in the evening with pie and ice cream. Rooms are xtra large and comfy. Great location. We hope to return.

Fantastic stay with great staff, wonderful room and unbelievable pies every day! We met chef John, Mary and little John the Marine! The service was great and the property is beautiful. We had three different types of pie over 3 days. Can’t wait to return soon!

Just a very wonderful place! If you’re visiting Main. Specially if you planning on visiting Rockland area. The house is amazing, and the people there are even better! Best bed and breakfast I 10/10 recommend it. There pies are to die for. Can’t wait to visit again. Eugene

This bed and breakfast is top notch for weddings. Our daughter and new son in law had their wedding here. The staff are so considerate and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and make you feel like royalty. It is a comfortable place and beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was excellent and the pies were wonderful. Mary, Tammy, John Sr. And John Jr. & Emma were all great. The flowers were beautiful, the cake and the photographer were wonderful. Thank you Kim from Texas

We've stayed in many B&Bs over the years and Berry Manor is at the head of the pack. Our room was large, uncluttered and comfortable with beautiful decor. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the homemade pies for guests were a very welcome touch. The inn is on a quiet street, a convenient short walk to downtown Rockford and its fine museums and galleries. A great place for a weekend getaway.

Such a beautiful place, exquisitely decorated and very well kept. Our room in the carriage house was comfortable and quiet and we appreciated access to the refrigerator and microwave in the common area. And everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Mary! Breakfasts were fantastic and evening pie option was yummy. We enjoyed many of the wonderful attractions in Rockland and the surrounding area. Highly recommend Berry Manor Inn, we hope to stay again!

We only had one night to stop over, though it was enough to know that we will be back at this charming inn. The owners clearly have thought of the kind of details that make guests feel welcome--right from the start, though we were a late arrival, we were shown to the guest fridge where we could help ourselves to some homemade pie. nice touch.

The inn is beautiful! It's very welcoming and our room was lovely. We really enjoyed the human car wash and the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was excellent. It's nice not having to select a specific time the night before. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Lots to do and see in the area. Highly recommend!

BREAKFAST 8AM to 9AM ON THE WEEKEND. This is a 4 star priced bed and breakfast, at 400 per night, approximately, I would think the price and rating of 4 star would mean a longer breakfast on the weekend. It's a nice old house walking distance to the artsy town of Rockland, and everything else is nice. If you like to get up early on the weekend and get going, this is your place. If you like to lounge, go somewhere else.
