There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom, along with a TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. Off the bedrooms, there is a large walk-in closet/laundry room with new front-loading washer & dryer. The second bedroom has a twin daybed, with a second twin trundle bed underneath which can be pulled out as needed (note the second bedroom does not have a separate air conditioning unit - we do provide a fan, and the mini-split a/c unit in the master bedroom will cool the entire second floor if the doors are left open). The backyard has a beautiful shady patio with a table and four chairs, and a gas grill. There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars. The home is on a quaint side-street, right across the street from Millbrook Meadow, which has a playground for the little ones.
