Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge

Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge offered exceptional views - you really can't get any closer to the water. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Hideaway next door. Communication was great and check in seamless. It's a wonderful place to stay for exploring the area.

Best little place ever! Rooms were clean and comfortable. AC was the quietest one I’ve ever heard in my life. Views were incredible and so was the owner! Service at the bar was amazing and drinks were delicious! Perfect spot to walk around the cute shops. We will definitely be back ❤️

Perfect location for sunset viewing. Close to everything. Great staff. Room is tastefully decorated.

Krystle & Eric, What a wonderful time we had this weekend staying at the Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! It was great to be able to walk everywhere without driving. The main reason for vistiong Rockport was to attend a music event at Shalin Liu Performance Center on Friday night. That was fantastic as was our stay with you. I love what you have done next door too! Great to be able to have a bite and a drink with your beautiful ocean view. Can't get any better than that. Beautiful location, friendly welcome and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was not exceptional, but the view makes up for it. Very clean. Onsite parking. We sleep well, comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Highly recommend The Bearskin Neck Motor Lodge! It's the perfect location, quaint, nice amenities like kuerig coffee maker, mini fridge, balcony facing the water and the best pillows ever. Rooms were fresh and new. The new hideaway bar on property is a great addition. I can't wait to go back. Thank you!

My wife and I have stayed here since 2015, and it remains as one of our absolute favorite places to stay. Not only is our stay always most relaxing, but the local restaurants are fantastic, and in a very short walking distance so a cocktail or two can really be enjoyed. The owner, Kyrstal, and Olivia, her general manager are just a pleasure to talk to, and our room is impeccably clean and the perfect ambiance. Can't say enough great things about this location. Even made our reservations for 2025.

This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway. The rooms all overlook the ocean. It was wonderful to sleep with the windows open and hear the waves lapping over the rocks. The rooms all are right on the water. This a charming and fantastic location. The walk to nearby shops and restaurants is super convenient. The rooms are immaculate and tidy. The staff is warm, caring and eager to make sure your stay is the best it can be. You also get a guaranteed parking space, which is like getting street parking in Manhattan. This was more than a stay. It was a memorable experience. Best of all was the staff who made us feel we were the only guests in the world. They have done a fabulous job with this motel. The bad, if there is any, is that getting to or from the motel in the daytime is a challenge. You are basically driving down a street that is the equivalent to a crowded sidewalk. It was difficult. Also, the motel now has a deck bar next door, which we found could get loud, but was not a terrible distraction and was not open much past dark. The rooms are compact, but nothing you wouldn't expect for such a great location. The only thing we did not like about our room was the bed was not the greatest. We only include the "bad" to show you our review is real. We love this place, have already told many friends to go there, and we cannot wait to return.

We only stayed one night but everything was perfect! The communication leading up to our stay was awesome and when it became available we were offered a better room which we gladly accepted. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The view overlooking the ocean was amazing. So many cute shops and restaurants. Makes for a beautiful area to explore. Will definitely stay again!
