It’s a terrible terrible experience. I booked the hotel because it said it had airport shuttle service. When time was near, I wrote to the hotel to check for the service. Then it told me that they didn’t have the service. I then wrote to Trip.com to ask for assistance. They contacted the hotel and the hotel came back with a yes but the service costs €7 pay at the hotel counter. Trip.com gave me the hotel no and asked me to call to cfm the pick up schedules. There was no one pick up the phone which is +33 1 70 77 07 60 despite numerous attempts. I emailed the hotel and they just kept sending automatic greetings without answering my query. Even Trip.com couldn’t get hold of them any more Therefore I requested a refund with the reason that they didn’t provide service as promised. Both Trip.com and I sent the cancellation requested. No response is their response. Until now, they haven’t responded to any of our messages. So I am forced to keep the booking. I have never make any complaint for the hotels that I stayed. I am the Diamond tier member. But this time, I need to write this review so that hopefully the hotel will pay proper attention to their clients .
