You get what you pay for. Staff were lovely on checkout in,breakfast and departure. Rooms very basic but all you need to get your head down. Could not access any vending machines for a drink or snacks when we arrived as they only accepted cash and as we came straight from the airport we only had notes and reception had no change to swap. No facilities like a bar or anything which tbh I didn't check before we booked but if I needed somewhere to sleep I would definitely book again for the price and the cheap hotel transfer option.

Short and sweet stay as we had an overnight flight the previous night and another the following night so met all our needs

Good hotel very quiet and can relax however breakfast is just bread and same everyday. The location is too far from the city. Many times need to transfer metro to go to the city.

Very close to the airport and the airport train station 2. They have a big mall nearby also. Good for transit stays.

Couldn't book a shuttle pick up on the website. Phoned 3 times nobody spoke English.

Friendly staff, there is a filter for drinking water and also microwave. Room was really good and quiet. Private bathroom also clean. Rooms are cleaned every morning with new towels. And also there is a coffee machine 2€ for each. Within 1.5km walking distance there is a big mall( Aéroville ) there you will find everything including big Auchan. Highly recommended.

Booked for two days, there was not even a shampoo in the bathroom. first day said that they will fix it the next day and they don't have a response until they knock.Still, they couldn't fix anything and couldn't provide anything. When you go to ask for the things that the tower is talking about, they are out of stock

Customer service wasn’t a priority for the hotel. Everything was tiny from the room to the bathroom. The towels didn’t look good at all.

It’s a neat and calm environment with friendly staff. Most staffs speaks English and this aided my communication
