Great location but only if you are a heavy sleeper! We could hear next doors electric toothbrush and shower, constant banging of doors in the hallway also. Room was hot and couldn’t have window open due to road noise, air con didn’t have much effect. So unless you are a very heavy sleeper I would not recommend. Staff helpful and room clean, rather expensive for what it was.

The attention to detail was lacking. No tie backs or cushions as seen in the photos which in turn did not make it look as luxurious as advertised. A little disappointed if im honest. But the service was good for a remote set up after 3pm. It served its purpose but fell short on luxury, which it is not. Up side they have Netflix so you can watch a film from your account.

This location is great, super close to everything . Road noise is a bit loud but the room is so clean and charming it’s ok ! Staff SUPER HELPFUL !!! Set up a car for us to get the Fco in the morning too! I would most definitely stay here again. It’s ever cuter than the pictures !

Really liked this hotel, though it's not really a hotel as such. There is no bar or restaurant and the reception is only manned until 3pm each day. We arrived after 3pm but we were sent all the relevant information to gain access and it was all seamless. There is quite a steep set of marble steps before you reach where the lift is but they will arrange for someone to help you with your bags if required. There is a private apartment on the first level and the rooms are on the second and third level. We had a deluxe twin room on the second floor. It was smaller than I expected, but beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was a generous size with a window. Nice toiletries and a really good shower. Stefanie, the receptionist, was absolutely charming and very helpful. Each morning on the third floor, there are complementary pastries and a coffee machine. There's a seating area with tables and chairs. The location is perfect. We got the SIT Shuttle Bus from Fiumicino airport to Vatican city and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. All of the main attractions are a 30 minute walk, as is Trastevere with its many restaurants. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage and as we weren't returning till around 6 when reception wasn't manned, we just had to phone 20 minutes before we wanted to collect our bags and someone met us there to give them to us and he carried our bag downstairs. Excellent service. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend.

unfortunately, most of the rooms do not have windows overlooking the street, there are windows that overlook the inner hall, covered with screens, I cannot access fresh air to the room when booking this information is not provided. the service did not help me, on the contrary, I had to prove to them that I was right. despite informing them that when booking the customer does not know that he chooses a room without a window, they have not changed it to this day.

Awesome hotel, very new, clean and great location. The rooms has a very good space more than the usual European hotels and the style is very modern and luxury. Stefanie the hostess is great, always helping with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Definitely I’ll come back to Tree Charm.

Great staff and flexible receptionist and great team in progress of booking , cozy and tidy room , great location , All the attractions are close by , super market down stairs and thousands of shop is just down the hotel. Extremely recommended, i was there for 2 days stay but the location saved me a tons of time and off course money

I decided to go to Rome and wanted some accommodation that was close to all the major attractions.. The location is perfect and nothing is more than 20/25 min walk. The river is very closeby and there is lots of shopping really near to the hotel. The team contacted me prior to arrival to see what time I would get there and offered to send a taxi to pick me up.. we didn’t go for this as we wanted the adventure of getting in from the airport. We arrived around 12:30pm and I was really pleased to find that our room was ready.. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and checked us in explaining the location and then took us to the room. The room was amazing and looked very new.. spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very well put together and showers are good and powerful. The room had all the usual features, safe, TV, A/C etc. there is a mini bar which the water is complimentary and a fridge with beer and wine etc. one of the nice surprises is that they include coffee and pastries each morning from 8am.. a nice touch.. the coffee is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place as it ticked all the boxes and the price was good too. I will definitely be back if I ever come to Rome again. Thank you!

3 nuits dont 2 horribles. Vous entendez vos voisins comme s'ils étaient à vos côtés. La qualité du matelas de la première chambre est médiocre. La clim ne fonctionnait pas le soir. Et vous subissez les bruits importants de la porte d'entrée de l'étage et de la porte d’ascenseur qui grince à chaque ouverture. L’hôtesse d'accueil qui était compréhensible nous a changé de chambre pour la 3ème nuit. Seule nuit où nous avons pu dormir et constaté que le matelas était de meilleur qualité. Nous avons demandé un geste commercial et une remise sur le tarif car celui-ci ne correspondait pas aux prestations tarifaire. L’hôtesse nous a dit que "les managers" refusaient ! Nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas pu profiter de nos journées et des visites ayant eu des nuits horribles. Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. Vos nuits seront jouées à pile ou face !
