Very satisfied with the stay, hotel is clean and “high tech”. Free water 24/7 at the breakfast area. Location is good too, within walking distance from the attractions. Will book again if I’m having to Rome.

Hotel is well located (in between the Vatican City and Trevi Fountain); very walkable to key attractions in the city. Right opposite the river you have amazing selections of restaurants. Hotel is clean and comfortable, staff are great and helpful. Love the Vitra furnitures! Will be back on my next visit in Rome.

Bed is not queen size for sure. It’s probably just slightly bigger than super single. Room is clean but really cold - not suitable for staying in winter.

The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

非常滿意的一次預訂。 自助check in，但是系統稍微有點慢，無傷大雅；隨機分配房間，被分到了超大的一間房！兩人住非常寬敞，廁所明亮，水壓合適。床也非常大，感覺睡得下三個人。 智能控制，有中文，很方便很智能，空調給力。 位置也很好，全程微笑服務，早餐就一般了。

床很舒服，酒店很乾凈，也比較安全，景觀不錯，就在台伯河旁邊。但是洗浴用品，拖鞋，水杯這些都沒有。住了三晚沒人打掃，房價太高，快捷酒店的價格堪比國內五星級酒店…

Temizlik, konum, kurumsallık, çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Olanaklar olarak eksiklikleri var. Örneğin çok ucuz bir şey ama odada kullanmak için terlik verilmiyor.

酒店不大，但是對於羅馬這個城市來説是非常新的酒店，水也很大，前台小哥吧枱的工作人員都非常好，過生日送了手工製作的賀卡和飲料

房間不錯 但中國人別來 受到了部分服務人員的歧視。我找了個化粧師進房間化粧 各種原因阻攔 説我必須要重新開間房才能讓化粧師進去 我的化粧師在意大利法國呆了十年，去過無數高點低端的酒店都化過粧，衹有這一家如此針對，並且在我們準備辦理再加一間房，還想讓攜程協商的時候他態度特別差説自己很忙，需要立馬辦理入住，而且立馬辦理衹能算昨晚的房，今天11點前也要退房。如果不現在辦理就趕化粧師走。説法律規定衹能兩個人在房間，儘管我們説的很清楚，我們畫兩個小時就走，我男朋友可以出去不呆在房間，他也拒絕。這個態度噁心到我都想換個酒店住，我想讓攜程幫忙舉報，攜程也做不到。衹能自己吃啞巴虧，並且在11點換崗後，另一個服務員就説可以進去化粧了，但也已經無濟於事了，所以一開始的服務人員就是刁難，有非常嚴重的種族歧視傾向。大家避雷，別定就是。
