Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Roma termini is very close by. Good breakfast. Rooms are smaller. Every other thing is very good.

This hotel is very nice. There is a guy at reception Anagalia (don’t remember correctly) who is kind and very helpful. We forgot our child shoes but this guy kept it safe for us and picked up later when we came back to pick up our luggage bags.  Hotel is clean and very near to Rome station. Definitely recommend it to try

Super close to the train station. Feel nice and comfortable.

We didn't know that we have to pay Rome's fee(6€) per person. Bed was ok, towels extra small, water from the tap, price is high

Very nice hotel for the price compared to most hotels in Venice the location is great if you’re taking the taxi or without crazy heavy luggages which I happen to have 2. If you’re taking the public boats there’s a distance to walk and have to cross 2 bridge which is fine if you’re travelling light. Stuff is very nice and helpful the room is fabulous other than 3 classic paintings hanging on the wall which is pretty scary at night. Other than that the room is big and nice with all the things needed

Absolutely don’t recommend! Hotel is maximum 1 star. Bed was dirty, towels were old and had holes, shower was also gross. In general this hotel could be nice like 100 years ago, but since then nobody’s taking care of it. Neighborhood is devastating and not safe - trashes all around the street, homeless people around. Some homeless woman was throwing us with some food or liquid (don’t know what that was) at the entrance to the hotel but concierge said that he cannot do anything about it. DO NOT GO THERE, TRUST ME!

Pour un 4 étoiles chambre dont les murs sont sales douches très petites pas top ne le conseillerais pas à mon entourage

Todo muy bien los trabajadores muy amables

雖然酒店有點老舊，但位置極佳，離火車站步行五分鐘，周圍餐廳非常多，酒店整體比較乾淨，24小時熱水供應。

Muy bueno todo, el hotel todo perfecto la habitación pequeña pero muy cómoda, limpio y bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren Termini. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Excelente opción para estadias cortas en Roma y especialmente para viajeros que necesiten fácil conexión con tren y para llegar al aeropuerto. Recomiendo.

Desayuno bueno. Mal servicio. Llegamos a las 13:00h y nos dijeron que esperáramos una hora que hasta las 14:00h no tenían la habitación hecha. Cuando has quedado en una hora para comer, tienes que dejar todo en un almacén de maletas e irte sin cambiarte ni ducharte, hasta que volvimos sobre las 19:00h y teniendo tu habitación pagada.

J'ai demandé de nettoyer la chambre ils n'ont pas changé le drap.

部屋もシャワーも狭い。 2名で宿泊したが、スーツケース2個を広げることはできない。 スタッフの対応は良かった。
