Lovely, family-run hotel. Very friendly and warm. Excellent location, bus 85 which is a very short walk from the hotel takes you to central Rome. There are also 2 Metro stations within a reasonable walking distance. The family makes you feel welcome, a very lovely, elderly lady keeps everything very clean and tidy. Things to note, the toilet and shower are not in the room, they are private to you but you need to walk through the communal hall (which you share with the other 2 rooms, the hall isn't big); the room doesn't have a kettle. A small inconvenience for a great location and reasonable price. I would stay there again.

관광지랑은 조금 떨어진 거리지만 나름? 괜찮은거리였습니다. 다만 방음이 조금 아쉽네요! 밤에 문 닫는 소리가 엄청 크게 들려요.

Quiet, spotlessly clean room with private shower & loo next door to bedroom. Comfortable basic and friendly accommodations Location good , a short walk to Metro station or 25 min walk to Colosseum. Shops & restaurants nearby. We have stayed here several times over past years as it’s so handy

The hotel staff does not speak English. The receptionist greeted me very unfriendly, She spoke into the phone translator in Italian, and I had to answer to her phone in English so that she could hear in Italian. The reception lasted for a very long time. The hotel is very noisy, all sounds in the neighboring rooms are very audible. When the neighbors opened their door, my door rattled with glass. My door was made of pieces of glass and at night the light shone in my eyes on the bed. I asked them not to clean my room, but they came to the room every day and they moved my things as it suited them. Big surprise: the administrator said that I have to pick up my toothbrushes and soap from the bathroom every morning - for ease of cleaning. The hotel does not provide shampoo or soap. The bathroom equipment is very old, the surface of the bathtub is rough, the curtain is old and hard as wood. The window overlooks the roof of a depot, where there is a lot of rubbish and junk. The hotel does not have a coffee machine or kettle.

Good Location, not far from a metro (600 m?), quiet location but absolutely not quiet inside. You can hear everything, every door (bathroom is outside on the floor) is loud and needs to be unlocked and locked, which means, that you hear every movement from anyone on your floor. Nice host, nearly no English and really bureaucratic when you check in like in the 80s. The furniture is in style of the 80s as well. I think 90 € for a single room in Rom is normal.

The accomodation was excellent, in a quiet area even if it's not far from the bus and metro stations. Beautiful old villa with a charming small garden, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly and accommodating personnel

This is a lovely little B&B nestled in a quiet side street off of the main road running near to town. The single room is small but adequate. There is a mosquito net on the window, and a ventilator mounted on the ceiling. This wasn't really enough in August, so I asked for - and was given - an extra fan, which made all the difference. The garden is small and lovely. It is available for guests. The room could really do with air conditioning. The WiFi connection in room 4 is not great, but again, it is adequate. The bathroom adjoins the room. The whole place is absolutely spotlessly clean, which is lovely. The owners' mother seems to manage the place, and speaks no English. All in, a lovely place to stay. Recommended.

I stayed with my mom and uncle, and it was extremely pleasant. We were warmly welcomed and taking care of. Whatever we needed, Adriana was helping us with great attitude. She is an amazing host. The room is spacious, has everything you might need, the bathroom is perfect, the public transport is close by, there are buses passing by on the corner and 5 min walk there is the metro, the center is about 15 minutes distance, so the neighborhood is pretty and calm, avoiding the noise and chaos from tourists, but still close to reach the center easily. If you are coming to Roma, I recommend you stay here.

Great place, very convenient, safe, and comfortable! Enjoyed my 3 nights stay. close to everything and everywhere i needed to be and go. I would certainly recommend to everyone. I look forward to returning.

La host di casa è gentile e ospitale, davvero disponibile e premurosa. Nonostante il mio italiano non sia perfetto, ha avuto molta pazienza nell’aiutarmi a completare tutte le procedure. La camera è ottima: silenziosa e accogliente, proprio come essere a casa. Dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio, ho finalmente potuto godermi un sonno profondo e ristoratore.

Host molto gentile ed accogliente. Ci ha fatto fare il check in prima dell’orario permettendoci di non morire sotto il sole cocente e al check out abbiamo potuto tenere lì i bagagli per poter visitare leggeri. La camera è essenziale ma pulita. Il bagno è esterno alla camera, sullo stesso piano, numerato con lo stesso numero della stanza e con una chiave privata per accedervi. La posizione è strategia a pochi passi dalla fermata di Re di Roma Consigliata

Une maison familiale très bien située pour visiter Rome. Les chambres sont spacieuses pour 2 personnes et très propres. Localisée un peu à l'écart du centre ville dans un quartier calme avec des restos à proximité. Malheureusement, vous êtes obligé de sortir de votre chambre pour aller dans la salle de bain dans le couloir. Vous pouvez entendre tout ce que font vos voisins de chambre : parler au téléphone, prendre la douche, enlever les chaussures et les balancer au sol, tirer les meubles au-dessus de votre tête ! Prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles !

Posto super strategico, materasso comodissimo, Adriana dà un’accoglienza SUPER! Consigliato sia per una toccata e fuga (vicino a tutti i mezzi) che per un long term stay, nelle stagioni calde inoltre val la pena sfruttare il bellissimo giardino!

Breve vacanza con la famiglia per il ponte di carnevale, titolare molto gentile e cortese. Camere semplici, pulite e spaziose. Zona tranquilla, servita da un mercato rionale caratteristico e da attività commerciali locali. Metro "A" raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi, fermata Re di Roma.
