Superb location! At the heart of Trevi Fountain Spanish Steps and several other classic locations including restaurants and cafes. Very close to Metro and bus services. Room good. Bed good. To be in a very very busy area, it was very very quiet at night. If had a quibble would be to improve the lighting in the room.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly polite and always happy to help with questions asked eg where to eat, how to get to the main attractions etc. We found that the kettle in the room was leaking and when we came back from a walk they had already put a new one in the room. The hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance of some of the attractions and close to all food and drinks places. When we return to Rome we will certainly book this hotel again.

I didn't receive the room I paid for which was the superior room with balcony and sofa, instead a standard room without the balcony and sofa and small for 2 people for 4 nights. However the room was clean, a modern feel, the bathroom sink tap had limescale all over it and a flickering light, aircon really loud and noisy. Daily cleaners but one day came super early at 8am. Perfect central location, the fountain being a 6 minute walk away, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The experience was terrible, the staffs were unfriendly and unhelpful. I had struggles connecting the WiFi, when I reported to the hotel’s hotline, they instructed me to enter the wrong password and noticed me later that the entire WiFi system in the hotel is out of service. I subsequently called the hotel to obtain the password for an alternative WiFi, the staff neglected my inquiry and told me that the WiFi is down at the moment and wouldn’t allow me to try out the other available WiFi. The check out wasn’t smooth since the reception only cared about telling us to pay the city tax and ignored the issues that I had while residing in the suite. The facilities of the hotel is extremely old and seemed dirty and disgusting as if no one has been in this hotel for ages. The hotel definitely became my worst experience in Italy and has made me hate the city of Rome.

房間挺大的！沒想到還有個小陽台！ 房間內沒有拖鞋，缺點：整體比較暗！ 保潔會每天打掃的，而且酒店安全係數挺高！晚上11點酒店的大門是需要刷卡進入的！然後進入自己屋之前也有小門的 需要刷才能進！雙重保險！！我們分配到的是三個住户一個大門！下次有機會來羅馬還會選擇住這裏的！

離主要的景點西班牙廣場，噴泉很近，都是10分鐘的路程。 房間很安靜，入口是一個小內院，老城的結構。 有一部電梯，但從來沒有機會做過。 旁邊也有幾家好吃的意大利餐廳，還有個超市。

本來蜿蜒的石板上下坡已經消耗了不少耐心，但是所有的不滿在進房間那一瞬間被瞬間撫平。 好久沒有見到歐洲如此慷慨的床size，衞生間也是超讚。我跟朋友都滿意的不得了！ 走去噴泉大概5分鐘？交通賊便利。 下次來羅馬會作為酒店首選！

今回は治安が悪いと言われるローマで女1人旅… ホテル選びもドキドキでした ですがこのホテル大正解！ とにかく広い！綺麗！1人旅にはちょっともったいなかったかなという感じ… ぜひカップルで泊まってほしいです！ 立地は言うことなしですね。地下鉄もバスも近い。テルミニ駅からも3駅くらいであっというまでした。

總體還算不錯，地理位置很好，走路去許願池不需要很久。但是酒店沒有很明顯的標識，畫了好一會拉著行李箱才找到。羅馬很多路是上下坡拉著行李很不方便，建議最好搭車。 酒店比預期要小，需要自己手提行李上樓。衛生間乾濕分離還不錯，整體面積也蠻大的。床鋪也舒適。 可以寄存行李🛅
