本当に親切なスタッフさんに囲まれ幸せな体験をしました。私はチェックアウト後にパソコンで作業をする必要があったのですが、ロビーの机を快く貸してくださりました。お勧めできるホテルです。

Немного в стороне от центра, но ходит достаточное количество транспорта. Район благополучный. Обстановка в номере требует немного обновления, но проживание было комфортным. За исключением очень узкого матраца. Лишнее движение ночью и есть риск оказаться на полу). В моем номере был прекрасный балкон! В отеле есть интересный внутренний двор с баром. Вкусные завтраки. И очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли мне решить все мои трудности.

Ottimo hotel. Un po’ difficile parcheggiare. Molto vicino al centro ed al quartiere Parioli.

Struttura accogliente, personale professionale e disponibile, stanza con terrazza spaziosa per fare colazione e aperitivo, cosa chiedere ad un soggiorno in hotel 4 stelle! A 5 min. a piedi dal Parco Villa Ada e da ottimi ristoranti lontano dal caos turistico. Sarà la nostra struttura di riferimento per le nostre prossime .visite a Roma. Unica osservazione, la colazione, sebbene varia dovrebbe prediligere prodotti di maggior qualità (no marmellate confezionate)

Hotel pulito e accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione, sono riuscito a trovare parcheggio auto senza problemi ed a Roma non è assolutamente scontato

Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza un po' angusta e mal ridotta in alcuni elementi (lampada rotta, doccia che perde, wc con segni). Impianto di aria condizionata vecchio e rumoroso.

Hotel Villa Grazioli is a beautiful space to explore the city of Rome. I personally loved the details and the kindness of everyone who worked at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast and cappuccino were wonderful, offering a delicious start to each day with a variety of options to suit every taste. In the evenings, you can join for Happy Hour, as the bar space has quite the vibe. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink while chatting with other guests. The hotel's location is also fantastic; we slept so well and found that we were within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, making it convenient to explore the local dining scene. Hotel Villa Grazioli provides a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to enjoy all that Rome has to offer. :)

Hotel Villa Grazioli is decently INSIDE of Rome, however, still far from the center. You have to use the bus system and or train. Front desk staff is marvelous. Very helpful in guiding us to where to go and how to get there. The rooms are averagely spacious (nothing to write home about). The bathroom is above average for Italy - making it functional. Although it is right next to a large street, noise is very acceptable. Because our room is one ground floor next to the breakfast area, we were awaken more by the breakfast staff banging stuff around than by the traffic noise. Breakfast is minimal and the breakfast lady doesn't refill things quickly, so many times, we had to ask. Wifi is available for a fee. Amazingly, considering it's in Rome, parking here is FREE. They have a small gated parking lot in the back where they just jam cars in one by one. On a side note, in Rome, pay attention to road signs and traffic if you're driving because some square are not blocked off, but cars are not allowed. This was our only mishap while driving for 3 weeks all over Italy. We drove without paying attention onto the square in front of the Pantheon and were fragged down by the policia. She directed us out and gave us a tongue lashing and let us go after we explained to her that we were tourists looking for a "laundromat" (just a small fib).

Friendly staff and a clean hotel. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection. We booked with Secret Escapes and the hotel room we were allocated was nothing like that advertised. Small, dark and at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road. The air conditioning unit was faulty as well. So, if you are travelling with Secret Escapes be prepared for a disappointing hotel room experience, otherwise a decent hotel.
