Apollo Apartments Colosseo

The manager was absolutely delightful. Accommodating, polite, helpful, friendly, just lovely. The apartment was huge, offering enough space for us and our two older teenage children to have privacy. The apartment was serviced, clean and extremely comfortable. The only negative was the shower head which was broken. We had to hold the shower head to be able to shower. This and some other minor maintenance needs is the only reason we've rated this as a 4. Otherwise we can’t fault it. As we’ve told others, we stayed in a beautifully presented hotel in another country, where the customer service left me in tears. It was deplorable. Whilst this apartment wasn’t as fancy, the customer service clearly put this accommodation as top of our list.

Great room, excellent location, was able to walk everywhere but metro just outside if you need. Staff super friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room which was restocked daily and also complimentary umbrellas should the weather take a turn

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal sette all’11 gennaio e devo dire che sono rimasta soddisfattissima. La posizione è strategica 500 m dal Colosseo, due passi in più e si è ai Fori. La struttura è in un bel palazzo della zona Monti ; sono presenti molti bar e locali di tutti i tipi nella zona dal più ricercato al più easy. La stanza grande e pulita sono presenti snack e bibite che vengono riforniti ogni giorno. Il bagno anche questo molto grande a richiesta gli asciugamani vengono cambiati tutti i giorni. Con Luca il proprietario ho avuto solo contatti telefonici ma si è dimostrato molto disponibile e preciso nelle risposte alle mie richieste. Molto gentile anche la ragazza alla reception e il ragazzo che si occupa delle stanze. Consigliato!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la famiglia e devo dire che è situato in una buona posizione per raggiungere molte cose importanti da vedere, per esempio il Colosseo e l'Altare della patria.. etc. Non sono però rimasta soddisfatta dell'appartamento in quanto non molto pulito e con molte riparazioni da fare in particolare nel bagno. La cucina, per fortuna, non l'abbiamo dovuta usare.
